I. Technical Services Department

A. Planning

The section of the department responsible for the predictive approach towards various equipment and tangible

assets pertaining to Mechanical, Electrical and Civil works. ATDC, in its current state only handles present and actual

B. Preventive Maintenance

Today, the respective Company-ATDC, utilizes “Corrective Maintenance”, which in observation is maintenance

task performed to identify, isolate and rectify a fault so that the failed equipment, machine, or system can be restored to

an operational condition within the tolerances or limits established for in-service operations. Simplified, corrective

maintenance focuses and fixing broken assets.
