502 CLINCH BOTTOM ANALYSIS REPORT

Purpose: - White patches issue from customer complaint in 502 clinch bottom in internal surface.

Date: - 13.09.19.

The following test had done: -

1. IPA – LR Grade.
2. IPA – Commerciale grade –Regular.
3. Hexane – Commercial grade – Regular

Testing Photos: -

We have cleaned with solvent in internal surface different tin plate components.

Observation: -

1. I have conduct the similar test for 502 clinch bottom and 709 lid.
2. Components cleaning with IPA commercial and Lab grade & HEXANE commercial grade.
3. After cleaning with IPA & HEXANE. 502 clinch bottom noticed white patches.
4. 709 Lid not noticed any abnormality.
5. 502 clinch bottom cleaned with solvent IPA & HEXANE increase in white patches after few
seconds.
6. The based on the above analysis tin plate different but 502 clinch bottom is more.
So may be tin plate defect.
