History and Philosophy

Bolayon Structural Engineering Inc. has operated since 2000 and established a
permanent firm in Batangas in 2002. It is founded by Engr. Dave A. Bolayon. BSE Inc.
offers a structural and civil engineer project. In over 19 years of operation, the company
has undertaken many challenging projects, accumulated skills, unified their know-how,
and experiences which further enabled the company to establish its reputation for
quality and expertise throughout the Philippines.
BSE Inc. was recognized as one of the prominent firm and awarded as the most
outstanding and innovative structural firm in the Philippines by the Philippine Institute of
Civil Engineers or PICE in the year 2016.

Today the BSE Inc. aligns local expertise and experiences with knowledge to meet the
needs of clients. The company believes in working hand-in-hand with employees as
partners in achieving it's overall goal. Their workforce of professional are highly
respected expert who bring talents, experience and passion to their field.

OUR ENGINEERING TEAM:

Our engineering company is driven by only one (1) working President / Director,
collectively he accumulated more than 19 years of work experience in planning, and
building industry. They are involved in the Engineering development, Vice President,
project manager, purchasing manager, engineer manager, H and R Director, and
marketing director.
The Engineering team proactively gathers feedback, identifies the problems in the
company, reviews work processes and company regular meetings. Our teams
communicate better and work as one.

OUR PEOPLE:

Our people is equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and attitude in order them to
deliver and communicate better with different clients. This will help the individual to
upgrade the technical and working skills in the field.
