Greetings of Bliss!

We, the Cuenca Institute Disciplinarian Officers Organization (CIDOO), would like to
inform you of our proposed plans for the upcoming CIDOO LEADERSHIP TRAINING for the
school year 2019-2020.

The said Leadership Training will be open for all aspiring Grade Nine (9) students of the
institution. Before undergoing the activity, the aspirants will have to present their parental
consent and medical certificate in order to prevent unwanted issues, confusions, and
misunderstandings between the aspirants and the organization.

The following are the main objectives of the CIDOO LEADERSHIP TRAINING:

 Boost the aspiring students’ discipline through leadership training

 Teach basic commands in the Citizenship Advancement Training

The activities that the aspiring students will have to perform are as follows:

 Perform the same routine as the former CAT

 Navy Dozens
 Other forms of discipline-enhancing training activities
 Punishments

While undergoing the training, the trainees will be following general rules which include:

 Greetings
 Wearing of ribbon, which represents his/her membership of the organization
 Tucking in of shirts
 Wearing only white shirts while outside their homes
 Having their parental consent in going outdoors

 Examination  First Reception

December 2-20, 2019 February 1, 2020 (Saturday)

 Signing of Officers  Final Rites
(every Recess time)

After a few months of training, the Senior Officers will appoint them to their deserved
designations as the new Junior Officers.
