1. Be aware of your own thoughts. Become the observer of your inner conversations.
Control your inner conversations and you shall control your reactions, which shall lead to you
controlling the outcome of the actions, which shall in the end lead to a new result, consisting of the
expression of your life based on these expressions of self.
Food: seek to have a balanced diet, fruits and vegetables, nuts…, and as much as possible
avoid chemically processed food and meat. Drink water, it helps clearing the toxins out of your
body, it hydrates you, it improves the cell and brain activity.
People: letting in the people who make you feel loved, supported and appreciated. If might
feel like you have no choice with some friends or family members that are not on the same page,
but letting in means in this context not to close all doors to negative people, but to stop letting them
affect you in a negative way. Thank them for their contribution and help, and move on. You are the
only responsible for your own inner peace and serenity.
Thoughts: It comes with mastering step 1. Difficult to silence the chatter, but it has to be done.
You are not a puppet of your own mind, you cannot live your entire life as a result and a construct
of your own limitations, past and fears, which all originate in the mind. Controlling your thoughts,
gently steering them towards your own desires.
Not to your mind, but rather to whatever comes in. Relax and let the flow surge through you.
Meditation is extremely important for a healthy mind.
Find small things to be grateful for, every day, things already in your life that make you feel
good. People, pets, things, emotions… whatever it might be for you, you have to acknowledge
the presence of such events in our life, and to be grateful for being able to experience them.
This feeling will only grow and expand in your consciousness.
Be grateful and you will attract more of the same.
5. Act. Start expressing onto the world what you would like being expressed onto you.
Start with small acts of kindness. Smile more often. Say hello to strangers. Take a pen and
write, take a brush and paint, take a phone and call a friend or someone you haven`t spoken
with in a while, get a new haircut, change the wardrobe, do… act… change the energy. Stir
the soup. Create waves, move the energy.
6. Receive. Be expectant of receiving the answers, the possibilities that will lead to fulfilling your
dream.
Not naïvely waiting for things to happen, but rather be expectant of them to happen. All
previous steps have prepared you for this moment. Now is your time to collect.
There is a process that is knows to facilitate the transition towards the inner world, a structure
that needs to be followed. It takes energy and time. It is a continuous and progressive inner
work. It becomes easier as you do it, as you advance, but it never stops.
This world is filled with temptations, with materialism and with social structures that do not
always encourage our self-development, enlightenment, and self-realization. The pleasure felt
by experiencing the mundane low-frequency temptations are concrete, measurable and easy
to achieve. That is not easy to overcome and to sell to ourselves as a benefit that we need to
accomplish. The cause and effect is too far apart, too distorted and the results are too
inconclusive. Or so it might appear sometimes. We need to continue to believe in what is yet to
come.
The alternative is not an option. We need to put in the work. And it all starts with
awareness. Just being aware. This is the simple first step of the entire process. After this, all other
will fall into place.

It all starts with being present, hearing your inner conversations. Taking responsibilities for
your own thoughts and actions.
