Pursuant to the upcoming bar examination this November 2019, the

student council of STM College of Law would like to set up a fundraising
activity to help the bar operations. In line with this, we would like to set up
a movie block screening at Robinsons Place Tagum, starting at 7:30 pm
on October 18, 2019. The title of the movie is “Maleficent 2” which is
suitable for 13 years of age and above. The movie block screening will be
compulsory to law students.

We humbly ask your permission to approve said activity and by

canceling classes in lieu of said event.
