program at a rehabilitation to home setting, typically treating eight to nine patients daily.
• Educate patients in compensatory techniques, adaptive equipment utilization, and interventions to
increase independence and quality of life for a variety of diagnoses including orthopedic
surgeries, CVA patients, amputees, cognitive deficits and cancer patients.
• Intervene with unfamiliar clients to match treatment planning utilizing Rehab Optima for skilled

• Collaborated with OT Student and Occupational Therapist in a geriatric setting to complete
comprehensive needs assessment, evaluations of each resident (9), implement individual and
group therapy sessions, educate and facilitate a sustainable environment.
• Constructed activity manual and progress notes in Spanish for sustainability of services.
GREENBRIAR REHABILITATION CENTER Boardman, Ohio 1/17-3/17
• Treated caseload in subacute rehabilitation center implementing intervention for six to eight
patients daily with diagnoses including muscle weakness, CVA, COPD, cancer, dementia, joint
replacements, arthritis, spinal cord injuries, contractures and edema.
• Treated residents utilizing strengthening exercises, activity tolerance building and balance
activities, ADL and IADL retraining.
• Trained in Physical agent modality administration for pain management and intervention.

• Observe and intervene at a school for children with Autism through participating in note writing
tasks, developing goal writing technique, and planning treatment sessions which include focuses

• Participated in chart reviewing, intervention planning, and rehabilitation of adults with acute,
complex care needs in the medical intensive care unit of the hospital.
