Introduction

The world's finest lessons, books, and resources will

not excite learners about studying and ready to
work hard unless they are motivated.
Motivation is a key factor in the performance of
learners at all phases of their education, both
intrinsic and extrinsic, and teachers can play the
biggest part in providing and enhancing that
motivation in their learners.
All learners are motivated differently and learning
to get a classroom complete of students
passionate about learning, working hard, and
pushing themselves to excel requires time and a lot
of effort.

Sometimes even the most well-intentioned and

trained educators lack the abilities to maintain
students on track, so whether you are a fresh
teacher or an experienced teacher, try to use these
techniques to motivate your learners and promote
them to live up to their real potential.

There would be no effective learning for students

who are not motivated. They're not going to retain
information, they're not going to be involved and
some of them might even become disruptive.
Implication of
the topic as a
future educator
First, recognizing how motivation works in the
classroom is necessary. Teachers use infinite
processes to obtain the required effects from
their learners, but these motivational
instruments follow general trends. To interact
with their learners, teachers must identify
individually with their demands.

In every field you work, in your daily routine,

motivation is very necessary to do great things.
You can't offer your utmost in that field if you're
not motivated to do something.

As a future educator, motivation is the driving

force behind our world. Students will not be
eager to learn without motivation, be interested
in learning more and seek information.
Motivation plays a major role for learners,
particularly if given by teachers, in making
learning-life-long learning.

Teaching is a very significant field as our

nation's future development is in teachers '
hands. If they are not motivated themselves,
how are they going to motivate the learners to
accomplish excellent outcomes, how to do
great things in their lives.
