Sub: Compliance of compulsory medical check-up and health profiling.

Employees’ health is accorded top most priority by our organization and various steps
have been taken, from time to time, to enable our employees and their family
members to help prevent occurrences of diseases. Regular health check-up of
employees and their family members have been mandated to capture health profiling
of employees and their spouse.

However, despite our repeated efforts, it has been observed that a substantial
number of employees have still not completed their medical check-ups, as a result of
which, their health profiling has not been completed. It may please be appreciated
that, in the absence of medical health check-ups and health profiling, many diseases
take roots and cause long term damages to the employees and their family members.
In order to ensure 100% compliance of medical check-ups and creation of health
profiling, it has been decided that the reimbursement of medical expenses in respect
of those employees and their family members would be withheld forthwith, pending
completion of the medical health check-up and profiling of self and spouse.
This comes into force with immediate effect.
