ABSTRACT
This research was conceptualized to analyze the factors that actuate tardiness among

high school students at Juancho and Placida Padayao National High School was

constructed by the researchers because they wanted to know the different factors that

actuate the tardiness of students in school.

The method we used is through probability sampling, particularly systematic random

sampling which relies on having a list of the population where the researcher picked the

students who are always late in coming to school.

Findings revealed that the factors that actuate tardiness among high school students is

Learner Factors which has the highest total mean among the other factors.

The researchers made a questionnaire for the respondents. The questionnaire was

structured questionnaire and the respondents were asked to indicate on a scale

anchored by strongly agree (4), agree (3), disagree (2), strongly disagree (1). There 50

respondents answered the given questionnaire and this was used for the data analysis.

The data was analyzed by getting the percentage and its mean.

The result shown that the factors actuate tardiness of a students of Juancho and

Placida Padayao National High School was affected on the learner’s factors.

Keywords: Personal Traits, Tardiness, Teachers Factors, Learners Factors,

motivated us, encourage us, then even though we leave our household chores they still

give us forgiveness and giving us the strength to accomplish this study.

I would like to thank my co members in helping with, the collection of data,

calculating the mean, conduct a survey and they all thanked for their contributions like

small amount of money.

To all our respondents we would like say thank you for giving us time for answering

our research questionnaire.

To our mentor Mrs. Jeresalome V. Dalocanog who give her fully support.

Encouragement, motivation, and taught us what we need to know. To our respondents

who cooperate and coordinate to us all the way our survey. THANK YOU SO MUCH
