ADDENDUM

TO THE CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Addendum to the Contract of Lease, dated 15 June 2012 and duly notarized
before Atty. Maria Efelin C. Adaoag, a Notary Public for and in Iba, Zambales with
Doc. No. 157; Page No. 32; Book No. I; Series of 2012, is made and executed on this
_____ day of October 2018 by and between:

JASON’S FISHING AND MARKETING, INC., a closed corporation duly


registered under the laws of the Philippines and with office address at Sitio Matalvis, Brgy.
Inhobol, Masinloc, Zambales, represented herein by its President, ERIC C. ANG, of legal
age, single, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at Brgy. Inhobol, Masinloc,
Zambales, hereinafter referred to as the “LESSOR”;

- and -

HUANG CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, a corporation duly registered under


the laws of the Philippines, and with office address at G-033 National Highway,
Palanginan, Iba, Zambales, represented herein by its President, ENGR. ROLANDO R.
HUANG, of legal age, married, Filipino and with residence and postal address at G-033
National Highway, Palanginan, Iba, Zambales, hereinafter referred to as the “LESSEE”;

In this Addendum, LESSOR agrees with the LESSEE to amend Paragraph No. 3
of the Contract of Lease executed by and between the said parties, as follows:

“3. RENTAL RATE:


The rental rate for the Leased Premises shall be the following:

Sand & Aggregates - Php20.00 / Cubic Meter;


Boulders & Armour Rocks - Php50.00 / Cubic Meter;
Silica Sand - Php50.00 / Metric Ton;

The above rental rate shall apply to the aforesaid shipments within the lease
period. It is agreed between the parties that the rental rate may be subject to review or
amendment due to fluctuations in prices in the international market.

The parties likewise agreed that the rental rate of the Leased Premises for
shipments other than the above indicated materials shall be subject to negotiation.
Moreover, it is finally agreed, understood and stipulated by the parties that the shipment
of Nickel Ore is presently prohibited by law and thus, it is hereby excluded as a shipment
material from this lease agreement.

All rental payments shall be payable to the LESSOR.”

ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT OF


LEASE REMAIN UNCHANGED.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereto set our hands this ______ day of
October 2018 at the Municipality of Iba, Province of Zambales, Philippines.

personally appeared Messrs. Eric C. Ang, and Rolando R. Huang, exhibited to me their

_____________________________, respectively, known to me to be the same persons
who executed the foregoing instrument, who acknowledged to me that the same is their
true act and voluntary deed and that of the corporation they represent.

The foregoing instrument relates to an Addendum to a Contract of Lease


consisting of two (2) pages, including this page, duly signed by the parties and their
instrumental witnesses on each and every page hereof and sealed with my notarial seal.
