office to hold in abeyance any action or approval of the subdivision survey plan of a parcel of

the reason that it was surveyed without the knowledge and conformity of the heirs of ABC
DEF who are the sole and exclusive owners thereof.

Please be informed that ABC DEF, one of the heirs of XYZ will be filing as soon as possible
