a transportation unit using PDF-based forms or SAP Smart Forms forms:

Integration
The automatic printing of documents is controlled by settings in the Post
Processing Framework (PPF) and, optionally, by the print and form
determination in the EWM application.
You can configure printing for vehicles or for transportation units. If you use
vehicles in EWM, you configure printing for action profile /SCWM/VEH. If you use
transportation units without vehicles, you configure printing for action
profile /SCWM/TU. Both action profiles are defined in the PPF
application /SCWM/SHP_RCV.

Prerequisites
Before configuring printing in shipping and receiving, you have made the
following settings:
1. You have activated the PPF action for printing waybills or loading lists in the
action profile for transportation units or in the action profile for vehicles (only
one of them is necessary):
1. In Customizing, choose Extended Warehouse Management Cross-
Process Settings Shipping and Receiving Message
Processing Define Action Profiles for Transportation Units and select
action profile /SCWM/TU. The action
definitions /SCWM/SR_PRINT_TU_WAYBILL (Print Waybill)
or PRINT_LOADLISTTU (Print Loading List) should be active.
2. In Customizing, choose Extended Warehouse Management Cross-
Process Settings Shipping and Receiving Message
Processing Define Action Profiles for Vehicles and select action
profile /SCWM/VEH. The action definitions /SCWM/SR_PRINT_VEH_WAYBILL (Print
Waybill) or PRINT_LOADLISTVEH (Print Loading List) should be active.
2. You have defined a printer in your system.
 For printing and previewing PDF-based forms, you need to use a PCL,
Postscript, or ZPL printer and the appropriate device type (such as POST2,
HPLJ4, HP9500, PDF1, AZPL203, or AZPL300). You cannot use a printer
with the device type SAPWIN/SWIN. More information is available in the

Standard Settings in the PPF Framework

In the PPF framework, action definitions related to printing are provided in
standard. The processing type of the action definition determines whether a
PDF-based form or an SAP Smart Forms form is used for printing: Processing
type External Communication is used for PDF-based forms, processing
type Smart Forms Print for SAP Smart Forms forms. In the action
profiles /SCWM/VEH and /SCWM/TU, the settings shown in the table below are
provided for the standard print documents, including the assignment of the
action definition to standard PDF-based form or Smart Forms form and to
standard processing modules
