Confirming Claims and Pre-auth utilization status to Insurance companies, Brokers and Corporate.
Reconciling the claims settlement request received from insured and the payouts made from bank account
on a daily basis.
Claims reported in TPA will reported and updated in the insurance company provided systems.
Simplifying tasks by making using of Excel options like Vlookup, Countif, Countifs, Pivot, and SumIFs.
Preparing the IRDA reports which includes no. of claims reported, claims paid, claims denied and
outstanding claims as on date.
Providing the cashless settlements reports to hospital on monthly basis.
Providing the Payment upload files to insurance companies for further processing and payment.
Arranging the MIS and bulk Analysis reports to Corporate on daily basis.
Preparing Monthly and Weekly Analysis reports as per Insurance provider requirements.
Preparing the Bank of America upload format for National insurance client.
