Overview
We have been tasked to improve the website performance and user experience on desktop and
mobile. Our plan consisted of three base steps I.e

a) Issue & Bugs Fixes (UI Mobile and Desktop)

b) SEO Based Issues and Site performance fixing
c) Website User Experience Improvement

Right now we are headed towards the third point which is the user experience improvement step.

Goals
1. User Experience on Mobile/ Desktop Improvement

3. Landing Pages fixing and optimization (SEO and Conversion Friendly )

4. Website threshold testing to determine the current website hosting potential to avoid
abnormal crashes in future.

Completed Website Optimization Tasks

1. Home Page
Logo and hamburger icon positioning adjustment and resizing and optimization on mobile
& tablets devices. Along with that, we also did improvement on mobile UI by changing
backgrounds of the alternate section to improve the presentation and readability.

2. Interfaith Service
In the mobile view the bullets text, heading and the section separators were used to
enhance the mobile experience of the page along with that the formatting of the text w.r.t
digital devices.

3. IFS contacts
The responsiveness of the tables was not promising. We have worked to make it 100%
responsive with mobile devices first approach.

4. Financial Statements
On this page the header section and the bullets in the content were problematic. The
background was updated and the text position was adjusted w.r.t digital devices and also
the icons were replaced.

5. Policies Page
The header section on this page requires some work on tabs and mobile devices we
worked on the readability and user experience and made the text vertically aligned middle,
perfectly centralised and also backgrounds were redesigned

Under Process Website Optimization Tasks
1. Newsletter Pop Up redesigning

The Newsletter redesigning task has been initiated and mockups are under designing
process and hopefully will be presented in the coming month’s milestone.

2. SEO and Keyword Optimization

The Keyword optimization of the website will be initiated shortly after submission of this
report and we will ensure the organic outreach.

Upcoming Website Optimization Tasks

3. Larger Screen optimization

We have tested the site on the large screens also and found out anomalies in the design
and we will be doing the optimization and UI fixing for the bigger screens also.

4. UI Improvements and User Experience

The overall website needs the improvised user experience including the clean flat design
with a compact layout that will improve the user experience on all devices from mobile to
larger screens.

5. Forms Addition on the Landing pages

We are recommending this to ensure the user traffic conversion in regard of the mailing
list creation that will integrated with the mail chimp lists for later campaigns running.

6. Regular Updates of Events and Publishing Services

This is a recurring task as discussed earlier we just need that content/images that are
required to be updated on the website should be forwarded to us and we will incorporate
these on the website after the processing (Images resizing and content trimming if
required as per sections space allows ). By which the user experience will be guaranteed
and abnormal orientation will be avoided in the future.

7. Header improvements
The header as of now is very concise w.r.t the modern designing norms. That's why we
are planning to redesign and header section on mobile. We are planning to redesign and
recreate the header altogether only for mobile devices..
