The first step to digital healthcare is the digitization of clinicians/care-providers notes be it prescriptions or case
sheets or even a healthcare survey forms filled by a health worker in a resource constraint environment. Despite
varied attempts for years, acceptance of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) technology solutions by
clinicians/care-providers has remained very low in India and developing countries including even some of the
developed countries. First, the clinicians/health workers are overburdened already – the provider to patient ratio
in these countries is severely skewed and all clinicians/health workers have excessive patient load. Second,
most of these countries are battling real infrastructure issues (electricity, internet etc.); thus care providers are
reluctant augmented by long technology learning curves of current EMR solutions.
Doxper is the solution that breaks this barrier and helps in digitizing health records within the existing clinical
workflow of care providers, without them going through a long cycle of lower productivity.
Doxper is AI & ML powered healthcare data capture solutions that uses digital pen & coded papers as input
method. It is extremely intuitive and simple to use. Anything that a clinician/care provider writes using Doxper
digital pen is captured & digitized instantaneously. The annotations on the digitized data are segmented and run
through a proprietary AI & ML based handwriting transcription engine output of which is further Quality Checked
for accuracy. Output, in the raw image form as well as transcribed data for organized fields is consumed using
our various applications (Excel sheet, browser based application or iOS & Android apps). Doxper also provides
ready integration through intuitive APIs to share the output (image & transcribed fields both) and update client
databases automatically, e.g. government systems, other HIS/HMS. Any organization can run analysis on this
data for better healthcare outcomes.

headquartered in Mumbai, company employs 125+ people across Delhi, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Hyderabad,
Chandigarh and Mumbai. Doxper, today, is being used for digitizing each and every prescription/case sheet at
close to 1600 individual doctors & clinics as well as at 22 of India’s top corporate hospitals. Some of our
institutional clients are
1. BLK Super Specialty Hospital, Delhi: This is a 700 bed flag-ship hospital of the Radiant Life Sciences Group.
Their entire OPD of 1000-1200 patients runs on Doxper.
2. Nanavati Super Specialty Hospital, Mumbai: This is a 350 bed hospital in Mumbai. Their entire OPD of 450-
500 patients runs on Doxper.
3. Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai: Doxper is being deployed phase-wise and 40% of their OPD is on Doxper. The
balance will be rolled out soon.

4. Cloudnine: This is a Mother & Child chain of 16 centres. Doxper is installed at 8 and the balance will be
completed within 4-5 weeks.
5. KIMS Hospitals, Hyderabad/AP/Telangana: This is a chain of 12 hospitals and the first one, KIMS Hospital,
Kondapur is going live by the end of May and their OPD of 350 patients will be running on Doxper, once
live. The unit at Kondapur is a 250 bed facility with all tertiary specialties.
6. Mohak Bariatrics & Obesity Centre, Indore: This is Asia's largest volume Bariatric Surgery Centre. Here
Doxper is used over the entire Healthcare delivery spectrum from OPD to IPD to Surgery to Post Surgical follow-
up
7. Public Health Foundation of India, Gurgaon: This is a public institution and they are using Doxper for
Nutritional Screening of tribals in rural Uttarakhand.
8. Madhavbaug, Mumbai: This is an all India chain of 200 Ayurveda Cardiac primary-care clinics. This is under
implementation for 60 clinics in Phase-1.
9. Masina Hospital, Mumbai: The oldest hospital in Mumbai with an OPD of around 150. here too the OPD runs
on Doxper.
10. World-leading Pharma MNCs: We've been chosen as technology partner by few leading Pharma companies
for acquiring Real World Evidence for India specific drug research.

From a Hospitals’ perspective, Doxper significantly optimizes in-hospital clinical and demographic data capture
especially in out Patient, in-patient, IXU, OR, ER et al. use cases.
1. Zero change in behavior – a clinician requires negligible amount of training. Switch the pen on and
start writing. Charging and taking care of the pen is similar to charging and taking care of their mobile
phone.
2. Sleek, long lasting and user friendly - Pen is lightweight, feels like any normal pen and lasts for 5
hours of continuous writing on a single charge. Pen can also be charged using a regular power bank.
3. Comprehensive - Solution can be seamlessly integrated with any EMR/EHR system. It generates
online real time triggers to pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, or any other functional department of the
hospital.
4. Seamlessly involve multiple stakeholders - Multiple Doxper pens can write on the same sheet and
data is seamlessly updated and becomes part of the patients record in the EMR.
5. 100% customizable interface - The design of the paper templates are fully customizable, can be
printed back and front too, if needed, in booklet form and in A4, A3 or A5. Unlike traditional software
system interfaces, the templates can be easily and quickly changed at any time, and without affecting
prior data.
6. Smart, structured templates - Structured templates and organized fields allow our handwriting
recognition algorithm to pick up data with much higher accuracy (checkboxes and numbers ~ 100%),
eliminating the need to manually transcribe data and reducing the TAT for verified, Excel data output.
7. Capture local language - A free-handwriting and digital image capture solution allows Doxper to be
used by anyone, in any language. Checkboxes and organized fields in a structured template can be

printed in local language but the corresponding data output can be mapped into English in the backend
for quicker TAT.
8. Smart, actionable triggers and insights - Once the data is transferred from the pen, a rules based
engine on the server can read any checkboxes ticked, automatically segment patients into relevant
‘buckets’ and can be plugged into actionable systems such as communication systems (SMS/email) and
analytical tools.
9. Ready integration with existing systems – Ready APIs allow integration with any existing system/
HIS/HMS for near real time sharing of data from Doxper platform. This allows populating of databases
without any hassle for data capture and integrated analysis of a larger data points.
10. Paper Savings – Adoption of Doxper leads to paper saving through elimination of carbon copy
prescriptions or photocopying of prescriptions and sometimes indiscriminate use of paper.
