RESOLUTION ON FILLING IN THE VACANCY OF THE PRESS RELATION OFFICER

WHEREAS, Press Relation Officer MARCO ANGELO NARCISO resigned at his office officially on
September 13, 2019.
WHEREAS, under the Constitution and By-Laws of FNC Club Art. VII Sect. 15, if any position of the
officers becomes vacant by reason of death, resignation, disqualification, the Board of Directors, by
majority vote may elect a successor who shall hold office for the unexpired term.
WHEREAS, MA. YSABELLE G. YMANA has been elected as the new Press Relation Officer.
WHEREAS, the Press Relation Officer shall assume duties and responsibilities including, but not limited
to, the negotiating and interacting with anybody who the organization have formal or informal settlement.
WHEREFORE IN THE MOTION OF, MA. ALMIRA S. DOMINGO, President of FNC Club, with a
unanimous accord of the members of the Florence Nightingale Club present;
NOW, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, the aforementioned election is approved.
Done this 27th of September 2019 at the Florence Nightingale Club Office, Urdaneta City University,
Urdaneta Pangasinan.
