We use Simple Present to talk about daily routines or things that happen often, very commonly.

Verbs in English use the same word for every person, with just the exception of the 3rd person singular,
where you have

to add “S”, “ES”, or “IES” at the end of the verb depending on the situation. This means that the verbs
that take personal pronouns I, YOU, WE, and THEY will not change in any of the verb forms. Use the
auxiliary DOES for the 3rd person negative and interrogative, and use DO for the other personal
pronouns I, YOU, WE, and THEY for negative and interrogative as well.
