Sub: - Application/Request letter for relief from media trial by

impugned circulation and publication of misinterpreted
information against our organization

REF: News Paper article published in Pioneer and Times of India

Dear Sir,

I am constrained to submit this representation before you due to unforeseen

circumstances being cropped up due to impugned publication and circulation
of newspaper articles by some people with vested material interests. I most
respectfully and humbly submit as follows;

1. That our Hotel organized an event on 15/8/16 to celebrate

Independence Day festival.
2. That our hotel assigned a safe place for flag hosting to celebrate
Independence Day.
3. That entry on the abovementioned safe place was restricted for the
common public.
4. That our gardening team was directed to adorn the land adjacent to
the abovementioned safe place which was also a restricted place on the
occasion of Independence Day.
5. That our gardening team adorned the places abovementioned places
in a bona fide manner with innocent mind and without any criminal
intent.
6. That object of decoration of the abovementioned places was not to
hurt the patriotic feelings of anyone but the newspaper articles are
misinterpreting it opposed to the real and true meaning by
continuously publishing and circulating the same which is distorting
and defaming the name of our hotel.
7. That the impugned publication and circulation of the abovementioned
news article is the resultant of personal opinion of the writer whereas
prima facie no offence of any type has been committed by the
abovementioned decoration of garden.
8. That abovementioned decoration of abovementioned restricted area
was done by our gardening team which was driven by patriotic feelings
for Independence Day festival without any kind of commercial
intention or business purpose.
9. That we have done an enquiry of the incident in our hotel, where we
have come to learn that abovementioned decoration of garden did not
violated any law or rule as mentioned in the newspaper articles.
 Additional Submissions:

Sir, In view of the facts explained above, I kindly request your good office to
direct the authorities to quash complaints against us and also to direct the
abovementioned news papers by prohibiting from publishing and circulating
the misinterpreted information which is divorced from true facts and
tarnishing the image of our organization which is famous for its patriotism
from the pre independence period.
