Keshav & Sharma
Keshav & Sharma is a cartoon series originally
started by Daaman Welfare Society with the help of
Volunteers. Mr. Diljeet & Mr. Anupam Dubey are main
artists of the series and the scripts is written by
volunteers. Keshav & Sharma are two main chracters
reprsenting out societie's biased against men. There are
many more chracters with these two leading chracters.
Every issue now onward will cover atleast 2 scripts and 1
graphic reprsentation of Keshav & Sharma.
Men's Panchtantra
The section is newly introduced section. In this
section volunteers will try to rise men's issue they face in
daily life with the help of animals. Animals will be used as
reprsentatives. Every issue will cover atleast one of such
story.
An Important Person
The section will cover a special person irrespactive
of male or female working in society for the betterment of
Men or he can be just a normal men well aware of issues
faced by men in daily life. The currest issue is covering Mr.
Upendra Dhull
Special Coverage
This section is introductory section to tell about
something special. The section will be in slides format
and will cover important points in brief, we wont go into
detail but we will try to cover the important facts about
the topic and also we will try to speak about the source of
the fact. This issue we are talking about Father & Kid
relations.

 An inspirationa story for the betterment of men which can motivate men to fight for their
rights and justice.

This section is to cover various activities by various NGO working for men on social media.
This won't be a seprate section but will be intigral part of other topics.

New Issue of Men’s HUB is in your hand. When we started Men’s HUB our focus was to
create a platform for common men. During last 3 years we have seen many up and down’s but I
am happy that after facing many up and down’s we are still publishing magazine.

The men's HUB was an initiative to publish experience by common men, the objective will

When readers are enjoying the issue we are in a month where festival like Dushera &
Diwali are nearby. Almost everyone is busy in preparation. The ocation remind me that soon we
will be flooded by the messages like kill raven from your inside, burn it bla bla bla. Once I was also
part of same crown who feel happy by sending such messages. Question is why we feel happy by
spreading such messages ? Is it because we are a society of bad peoples ? Or is it because we are
not educated but just trained for a specific task and we do it without applying mind. My personal
feeling is that we are not a society of bad peoples but basically we are good people. If you
disagree with me it may be your right, but think if disagreement comes from your mind or it is just
because you learn this from childhood.

Just few days back when I was going home with friends one of the friend announced that
you believe in ghosts (he was not asking but he was commenting). In reply i said you also believe.
When he denied even he said even my daughter (9 or 10 year old) also do not believe. My reply
was simple that you also believe in ghosts it is just you don’t know yet, and I promised that I will
prove it soon. If I proved or not that is another story, I will share it but not today.

Today I want to point out that my friend claimed that he do not believe in ghosts he also
claimed that his daughter also do not believe. Now the daughter is just 9 or 10 year old. Do you
believe that 9 or 10 year old kid may be having a mind with enough thoughts ? I don not thing if a
kid below 10 year can have his own thoughts, but I believe he is just replica of parents or teachers
thoughts. In other words I can say the kid do not believe in ghosts is not the right statement it
should be like the kid is trained not to accept the existence of ghosts. Its not believe but it is just
his mind is trained for denial.

Why this training is given to kids ? What if we teach the kids that ghost exist ? I believe
there wont be any change both are training and parents or teacher are responsible for this
training. Even they also don’t know why ghost do not exist, they also get training from someone.
If we study literature from old age there are lot of stories of ghosts and other unknown creatures
and people get trained to believe in ghosts, but with time our training changed and people start
believing that denial from the existence of ghost promote a person a modern personality. So they
start denying from the existence of ghosts and next generation get training for non-existence of
ghosts.

Why I am talking about ghosts ? I am not talking about ghosts but I am talking about ghosts
but I am talking about how out mind is trained but not educated, and how we start believing
something without applying own mind. The messages like kill the ravan comes from same
training. It has nothing to do with educated mind, it is out training which tell us that we are
society of bad peoples and we represent ravan, truth is we represent ram, not ravan. Yes we have
few bad habits (even i disagree with the term bad habits but i don’t get other word for
representation) but that does not mean we are society of bad people.

It is matter of trust, our society is training us for not to trust, they teach us the you are
surrounded by bad peoples, they teach us that you are good men and other are bad people you
need to stay away from them. The training is making us what we are today.

2 + 2 = 4 it looks simple but do you know why 2 + 2 = 4 why it is not 5 ?

Yes there is mathematical proof but most of us don’t know even we never questioned our
teacher. Our teacher told us 2 + 2 = 4 and we memorized it. That is what happening with our
society we are not educated but we are trained to believe that we are society of bad peoples. That
kind of training is inspiring us to spread messages like ‘Kill Ravan from your Inside’.

This Dushera my suggestion and prayer is all the readers should comes out from the
training apply your own mind think what messages you should spread.

Married couple cannot be deprived from seeking
protection merely because marriage is void or invalid

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has observed
that married couple, even if it is case of invalid or void
marriage or absence of any marriage, cannot be deprived
of the fundamental right of seeking protection of life and
liberty.
A 'runaway' couple, claiming to have got married,
had approached the High Court seeking police protection.
It was alleged that the parents of the girl threatened them
that they will not allow them to live as husband and wife
and on finding an occasion they will kill both of them.
While considering the case, the court noticed that
the boy is not of marriageable age. The mere fact that the
boy is not of marriageable age would not deprive the
couple of their fundamental right as envisaged in
Constitution of India, being citizens of India.
The court noticed that one of the essential
conditions of Hindu Marriage Act is that the bridegroom
must be above 21 years and the bride above 18 years.
However, at the same time, Section 11 of the Hindu
Marriage Act which declares certain marriages, which are
in contravention of Section 5 (supra), to be void, but
precludes a marriage solemnized in contravention of Sub
Section (iii) of Section 5, ibid from the purview of being
regarded as void or invalid, the court said.
In the order directing the police to look into the
threat perception and to provide necessary protection qua
their life and liberty, if deemed fit, the court observed:
 The issue in hand, however, is not
marriage of the petitioners, but the deprivation
of fundamental right of seeking protection of
life and liberty. I have no hesitation to hold that
Constitutional Fundamental Right under
Article 21 of Constitution of India stands on a
much higher pedestal. Being sacrosanct under
the Constitutional Scheme it must be
protected, regardless of the solemnization of
an invalid or void marriage or even the absence
of any marriage between the parties…
… It is the bounden duty of the State as
per the Constitutional obligations casted upon
it to protect the life and liberty of every citizen.
Right to human life is to be treated on much
higher pedestal, regardless of a citizen being
minor or a major.

Allegations in matrimonial disputes are false -
the concerned complainant should be
prosecuted to the full extent of law

Delhi High Court has observed in a
matrimonial dispute that if allegations are
found to be patently false, the trial court shall
take necessary steps to prosecute the
concerned complainant to the full extent of
law.
The petitioners have filed the present
petition, inter alia, praying that FIR
No.270/2019 under Sections 506/ 354(B)/ 509/
452/ 34 IPC registered with PS Ashok Vihar

and all other consequential proceedings arising
therefrom, be quashed.
High Court observed "Plainly, the relief
as sought for by the petitioners cannot be
granted, since certain offences are alleged
against the petitioners".
Then the High Court noted "However, it
does appear that there are matrimonial
disputes that appear to have taken an ugly turn.
This Court expects the investigation agencies
to conduct a fair investigation and submit a
status report before the trial court".
High Court also observed "It is also
necessary to observe that if any of the
allegations are found to be patently false, the
trial court shall take necessary steps to
prosecute the concerned complainant to the
full extent of law".
Jisal Rasak Vs State of Kerala
Kerala HC
Accused is entitled u/s 207 CrPC to get digital
copy of the digital evidence relied on by the
prosecution

The High Court of Kerala has held that
CCTV footage of a crime is not a 'material
object' and therefore the accused is entitled to
receive a copy of it as per Section 207 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure.
"CCTV footage in the instant case is
"data" as defined under S.2(o) of the
Information Technology Act, 2000 and it is an

electronic record as defined under S.2(t) of the
I.T. Act. If that be the case, the electronic
record produced for the inspection of the Court
has to be regarded as documentary evidence.
In that view of the matter, I am unable to
accept the logic of the prosecution in producing
the CCTV footage as a material object and in
refusing to supply a copy of the same to the
accused", held the court.
As an adversarial system is followed in
our country, the accused is entitled to a copy of
the records so that he can bring to the notice of
the courts exculpatory material or such other
aspects in the prosecution case, which may be
to his advantage, said the Court.
The Court was dealing with a revision
petition filed by Jisal Razaq, an accused in the
Abhimanyu murder case, challenging the order
of Magistrate that rejected his application for
copies of the CCTV footage.
The accused, contended that the footage
would show that the accused was not present
at the time of crime. The Special Public
Prosecutor took the stand that the footage was
'material evidence' and that there is no
requirement under law to supply a copy of
material object to the accused.
To decide the issue, the Court took the
assistance of Advocate D Prem Kamath as
amicus curiae. The amicus submitted that a
combined reading of the "document" and
"evidence" together with the provisions of the
Information Technology Act unambiguously
would lead to the conclusion that CCTV
footage is definitely "data", which is an
"electronic record" that comes within the
definition of "document" .

The Court noted that with the advent of
technology, the line between categorizing a
thing as a 'material thing' or a document has
become more or less obliterated.
"If a hard disk or a magnetic disk
containing data is stolen and the same is seized
and produced in court, it may sometimes be
difficult to categorize it as 'a thing' produced
for inspection of the court or a 'document'. One
way of distinguishing it is by asking a question
as to whether the item is relevant in itself or
whether the item is relevant because of the
information that can be retrieved from it. In
other words, if a material thing is produced in
court to rely on the data that it contains, it is
probably a document and it has to be regarded
as such. On the other hand, if the material
thing is brought to court in order to rely on it as
it is, it is a thing and may be exhibited as a
material object."
Reference was made to the Supreme
Court's decision in Tarun Tyagi v CBI case,
where the Court ordered the supply of cloned
copies of hard disk to the accused under
Section 207.
The Court however added that in cases
where supply of copies of digital evidence is
"impracticable or unjustifiable" - such as video
footage containing visuals of sexual violence or
footage of terrorism crimes raising concerns of
national security - copies can be denied to the
accused.
"I hold that cloned Digital copies of the
footage relied on by the prosecution have to be
made available to the accused, unless it is
impracticable or unjustifiable. For instance, in a
case of brutal sexual abuse, if the incident has
been videotaped, in view of the element of
privacy or to prevent misuse, copy may be

refused. In a case in which the accused is being
prosecuted for possessing pedophilic material,
copies of the same can be refused. In such
cases, the Court may grant permission to the
counsel or the accused to have a private
screening to have a proper defense. Same is
the case in a terrorism prosecution, wherein
national security interests demands non-
disclosure of the digital evidence, which has
been collected. These are merely illustrative
and not exhaustive."
Electronic records
The discussion in the judgment touched
upon the meaning of the term 'electronic
evidence'. The Court observed that it is not
confined to mere computer outputs such as
scanned documents or printouts, which are
ordinarily used in the course of business.
"It includes any data, information or
other record stored in electronic medium
irrespective of when, how or by whom such
record was created. It may include sound
recordings of intercepted communications or
video footage of crimes. It may also comprise
of voluminous data stored on cloud services
wherein the device and storage infrastructure
are indeterminable. It may also be stored in
third party storage platforms, or in social media
platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp
etc. or in e mails and Camera Footage or
photographs. Thus the wide scope of obtaining
digital evidence yields a commensurate
potential for recoverable evidence"
Electronic records are created with every
day actions of individuals and in criminal
offences, it is extensively used to establish the
guilt of the accused, said the Court.
The Supreme Court is at present
considering the issue whether an accused is

entitled to copy of a 'memory card' containing
the visuals of an alleged sexual crime. This is in
the appeal filed by actor Dileep against the
Kerala High Court judgment which refused to
supply copy on the reasoning that 'memory
card' was a 'material object'.

Delhi HC
Failed promise to marry and sexual relations
over significant period or jilting a lover is not a
crime

The Delhi High Court has held that a
continuous intimate relationship that involves
sexual activity over a significant period of time
cannot be said to be induced by a promise to
marry merely on the assertion that the other
party had expressed their intention to get
married.
It is the false inducement given with the
intention to exploit the other party that would
constitute an offence of rape under the Indian
Penal Code, the Court has added.
As per the prosecutrix, P, she had
developed a friendship with the accused in
2013 which soon transformed into a love affair.
She stated that the accused proposed marriage
to her within two months of meeting her.
Thereafter, in 2016, the accused invited P to his
house where he allegedly raped her despite her
resistance.
Later that year, the accused took her to a
hotel and had allegedly raped her again. As per
P, the accused then reneged on his promise

and declined to marry her. Subsequently, P
approached the police station alleging the
commission of rape. Her statement was
recorded by the police and she was medically
examined. She, however, declined any internal
medical examination.
After perusing the material on record,
the Court observed that the fact that the
accused had established a physical relationship
with P could not be disputed. The only question
that had to be answered was whether P had
consented to the physical relationship under a
false promise of marriage, it said.
The Court observed that it was an
admitted position that the accused had evinced
his intention to marry P more than two years
before the first alleged incident of rape.
Therefore, since the “inducement of marriage”
was made more than two years and six months
prior to the alleged rape, the Court stated that
P’s testimony that she had objected to the
accused touching her obscenely but had
yielded on his promising marriage, was difficult
to accept.
The Court noted that P had
“unequivocally accepted” in her cross-
examination that she and the accused were in
love with each other and wanted to get married
and it was P’s family which was opposed to
their marriage. It was also observed that there
was inherent inconsistency in the testimony of
P’s father.
The Court further stated that P appeared
to have used the allegation of inducement to
not only justify her physical relationship with
the accused in the past, but also her conduct
after the FIR was filed.

"The prosecutrix had refused an internal
medical examination. In her testimony, she had
explained that she had done so because the
accused had contacted her and again reiterated
his promise to get married to her."
The Court thus concluded that it could
not be accepted that P’s consent was obtained
by inducing her on the pretext of a promise to
marry. The Court also sought to distinguish the
act of “not marrying” with the alleged act of
rape and stated,
“It is important to bear in mind that two
consenting adults establishing a physical
relationship, is not a crime. Jilting a lover,
however, abhorrent that it may seem to some,
is also not an offence punishable under the
IPC.”
Explaining the jurisprudence on rape
law, the Court added,
“In so far as consent to engage in a
sexual act is concerned; the campaign ‘no
means no’, that was initiated in the 1990’s,
embodies a universally accepted rule: a verbal
‘no’ is a definite indication of not giving
consent to engage in a sexual act. There is now
wide acceptance to move ahead from the rule
of ‘no means no’ to ‘yes means yes’. Thus,
unless there is an affirmative, conscious and
voluntary consent to engage in sex; the same
would constitute an offence.”
The Court thus went on to remark that
inducement to have a physical relationship by
promising marriage could not be held as an
inducement for engaging in sex over a
protracted and indefinite period of time.
“...it is difficult to accept that continuing
with an intimate relationship, which also

involves engaging in sexual activity, over a
significant period of time, is induced and
involuntary, merely on the assertion that the
other party has expressed its intention to get
married.”
In view of the above, this Court
concluded that there was no infirmity with the
decision and dismissed the leave to appeal.
Anuj Chaturvedi Vs Jyoti
Supreme Court
Child has right to the affection of both his
parents

Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).6303/2017
A child has a right to the affection of
both his parents, the Supreme Court remarked
while considering a special leave petition filed
by a father.
Though it refused to interfere with the
family court order granting custody of the child
to the mother, the court directed the Family
Court to ensure that visitation rights are fixed
in such a manner that the child gets to know
and love his father.
In this case, the family court had, while
granting custody of the child to mother,
allowed the father to visit his son on two days
in a month. While confirming this order, the
Allahabad High Court noted that the child is
aged about 4-5 years and at such tender age it
is always in the interest of the child that he may
remain in the custody of the mother.

While granting liberty to the father to
approach the Family Court for enhancement of
his visitation rights, the bench said:
A child has a right to the affection of
both his parents and the Family Court shall
ensure that visitation rights are granted in such
a manner. The Family Court may also make
suitable arrangements for visitation/interim
custody during vacation periods. Obviously the
Family Court has to keep the interest of the
child at the foremost.

Supreme Court
Inherent powers under Article 142 can be
invoked to dissolve marriage which has broken
down irretrievably

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 4696 OF 2013
The Supreme Court observed that it can
exercise its inherent powers under Article 142
of the Constitution of India for dissolution of a
marriage where it finds that the marriage is
totally unworkable, emotionally dead, beyond
salvage and has broken down irretrievably,
even if the facts of the case do not provide a
ground in law on which the divorce could be
granted.
In this case [R. Srinivas Kumar vs. R.
Shametha], the High Court had rejected the
plea of a husband who sought a decree of
divorce on the ground of irretrievable
breakdown of marriage.

 Assailing this judgment, Senior
Advocate Guru Krishna Kumar, appearing for
the husband, submitted before the Apex Court
that, both the husband and the wife are
residing separately since last 22 years and that
it is impossible to save the marriage and that
there is no chance of marriage surviving and it
is broken beyond repair. Therefore, it was
urged that, as there is irretrievable breakdown
of marriage it is in the fitness of the things to
dissolve the marriage even in exercise of the
powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of
India and to do substantial justice to the
parties. On the other hand, this plea was
opposed by Advocate Jayant Kumar Mehta,
who appeared for the wife, contending that
unless there is a consent by both the parties,
even in exercise of powers under Article 142 of
the Constitution of India the marriage cannot
be dissolved on the ground of irretrievable
breakdown of marriage is concerned.
While agreeing with the submissions
made, the court observed that in various
judgments, the Apex court had invoked Article
142 to dissolve the marriage. The bench
observed:
be invoked to do the substantial Justice
between the parties, considering the facts and
circumstances of the case. However, at the
same time, the interest of the wife is also
required to be protected financially so that she
may not have to suffer financially in future and
she may not have to depend upon others.
While allowing the appeal, the bench
further observed:
In the present case, admittedly, the
appellant-husband and the respondent-wife
have been living separately for more than 22
years and it will not be possible for the parties
to live together. Therefore, we are of the
opinion that while protecting the interest of the
respondent-wife to compensate her by way of
lump sum permanent alimony, this is a fit case
to exercise the powers under Article 142 of the
Constitution of India and to dissolve the
marriage between the parties.

Now so far as submission on behalf of

the respondent-wife that unless there is a
consent by both the parties, even in exercise of
powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of
India the marriage cannot be dissolved on the
ground of irretrievable breakdown of marriage
is concerned, the aforesaid has no substance. If
both the parties to the marriage agree for
separation permanently and/or consent for
divorce, in that case, certainly both the parties
can move the competent court for a decree of
divorce by mutual consent. Only in a case
where one of the parties do not agree and give
consent, only then the powers under Article
142 of the Constitution of India are required to

 The Rajya Sabha on July 30, 2019, passed the
Yet Another Tool contentious “The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights
to Harash Men on Marriage), Bill 2019 criminalizing instant divorce by a
Muslim man uttering Talaq three times in the presence of
Anupam Dubey his Muslim wife.

The “Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on

Marriage), Bill 2019 makes the utterance of instant Triple
Talaq illegal and void, and will attract a jail term of three
years for the husband.

The Supreme Court in 2017 by a majority decision

3:2 had declared the practice of instant Triple Talaq
unconstitutional.

Now, even on minor tussle with husband, a Muslim

wife can say he said triple talaq and the husband will be
taken for a drive. With this bill being passed today, not
only instant talaq is criminalized but effectively other
option as per Sharia is also gone. If a Muslim husband will
say talaq once and give few days time before repeating it,
will he even remain free to do so?

divorce system already declared void by SC is now
criminalized too ignoring the fact that the same could
very well have been covered under DV Act and 498a of
IPC. All this is done overlooking another shameful fact
that the misuse of not a single law enacted in the name of
women protection is less than 85%. All such laws have
just proved to be nothing less than a tool of harassment
to wreak havoc on the husband and his family.

• A person accused of this offense cannot

be granted bail unless an application is
filed by the accused after a hearing in the
presence of the Muslim woman (on
whom talaq is pronounced) is conducted
and the Magistrate is satisfied with the
reasonable grounds for granting bail.

Since the public discussions on this

triple talaq began a couple of years back, we've
already had innocent men approaching us that
they are threatened by allegations of having
given triple talaq.

A report from Oslo and Akershus University
College of Applied Science suggest that traditional way of
living is more successfull as long as we are talking about
marriage and staying togather.
If couple living in traditional way where husband
and wife divide housework and husband take the
responsiblity of earning while wife take responsiblity of
childcare, researcher found there are more chances for
the couple to stay togather. And if couple living in non-
traditional way where housework is not divided between
them chances are their marriage will end soon.
The research was focused to see the how couple
divide the housework and childcare throughout various
stages of life. The study was performed by involved nearly
20000 men and women aged 18 to 79.
The results showed 65 percent of couples equally
or near-equally divided childcare, but not housework:
Women reported doing all or almost all of the work in 11
percent of couples and "somewhat more of the work" in
60 percent of couples. About 25 percent of couples
divided the work more equally, with younger couples,
childless couples, and couples where the woman had a
full-time job among those more likely to split domestic
chores.
Researchers did not find an association between a
traditional share of housework (women do most of the
work) and a lower risk of divorce — but they did report
untraditional couples had a greater risk for divorce. Men
who did as much or more of the housework were more
likely to get divorced than couples where the woman did
most of the housework over a period of four years.

एक ही दिन और समय पर एक साथ करीब 50 शहरों
में विषाक्त महिलावाद के पिंडदान का आयोजन
किया। दामन वेलफेयर ट्रस्ट ने भी दिनांक 22 सितंबर
2019 को, सरसैया घाट, कानपुर पर विषाक्त
महिलावाद के पिंडदान का आयोजन किया।
आज का कट्टर महिलावाद केवल महिलाओं
को अपनी प्राकृतिक मनोवैज्ञानिक/शारीरिक बनावट
की स्वीकार्यता में शर्मिंदा होना सिखाता है, तथा बल
आधारित हर उन कृत्यों में लिप्त होने को प्रोत्साहित
करता है जो की उनके स्वाभाव के विपरीत हैं।
इसीलिए, यह कट्टर महिलावाद आंख के बदले आंख,
 या दांत के बदले दांत लेने में विश्वास
नहीं करता। यह मानता है कि कोई
भी नरम या न्यायपूर्ण तर्क का सहारा लेना इसे पीछे
ढकेल दे गा, इसलिए, यह दांत के बदले आंख और
आंख के बदले जीवन की मांग करने में विशवास
करता है।

इस विषाक्त महिलावाद, जो सबके किए

समानता की बात करने की बजाय, हर स्थिति में
केवल महिलाओं के वर्चस्व और पुरुषों के विरुद्ध
भेदभाव की प्रवृत्ति को ही बढ़ावा दे ता है, का भी अंत
होना चाहिए जिसका कोई भी तर्क संगत व्यक्ति
समर्थन नहीं करता है।

articles based on GEO, Nagpur. I was there as a member of Daaman
every shade of Life of Welfare Society & Trust, Kanpur. This was my 3rd
a Men. national meet, before Nagpur I attended Mumbai &
Hyderabad national meet too. During the meet the
experience was warm & heart touching.

Listing all the knowledge &
learning which I get from meet is next to
impossible but I would try to list a few
important ones.
Many of us know that SIF does not
accept the funded model, the reason may
not be known to many activists. During
the meet we came to know that it is not
because we don’t like it but it be because
SIF learnt from other’s experience. SIF
started with an ideology. The idea of SIF
as a movemnent was finalised after
studying the experiences of various
movements around the world.
Almost 40+ Ngo & Trusts working
for Men & Men’s Rights, A cross section
of the society thinks that SIF & Mens
Right movement hates women. This was
also the typical perception of the
journalists during the meet it was
clarified in a beautuful way. It is clear that
starting NGO dedicated for men is not to
hate women. Even if someone believes it
that way then the reverse should also be
true. NGO with women oriented agenda
are more in numbers, possibly running in
lakhs. If the same thought is applied one
can imagine the magnitude of hate that
wome do spread against men?
One of the activist shared his
experienced that when he asked about
IPC 498A in a group of boy & girls,
outcome was shocking. All girls knew
and none of the boys knew about it. The
fact itself shows that how much
education is required for men. More
It was such a wonderful and
heartwarming experience attending
#11thNationalMeet in the city of

aware of it. My personal feeling is society
want it like this only. And my thoughts
confirmed by one of outsider when he
asked that ‘You don’t want men to
marry ?’ The question itself clear the
demand of society from men. Society is
clear about the danger associated with
ipc 498a. Society know that the weapon
is nothing but a men killer weapon and if
men know about the weapon they won’t
marry anymore. Society want men to
marry even if they need to hide the
danger for men. Society is antimale they

men as a labour to run the
society.
We also learn about the ‘litigent
diary’. Litigant diary is nothing but a way
to do the things in a proper way. During
trial to keep record of all the incidents /
dates / expenses etc litigant diary is
useful. This not only help us to
remember the case but also going to
help once we win the case.
We also came to know about the
insensitivity of government toward men.
An example can be taken from recent
Triple Talak Bill which was passed to
convert a civil dispute into criminal trial.
But more important is that government
shared few data (approximatly 300 cases
after SC’s judgment against instant
Triple Talak) in The Parliament. This was
done to establish that Triple Talak is a
danger and still is use. One of the
activists shared more then 1100 cases
with journalist to show that during the
same period 1100+ men killed by
wife/girlfriend etc. Still the government
didn’t take any notice and there is no law
against it. Even in most of the cases FIR
was not taken. The list of men who were
killed contained men from all walks of
society including IAS/IPS/Judge etc. This
not only show the govt’s insensitivity for
giving justice to men but also tell us that
men is men and they will be hunted
down sooner or later, no matter what his
position is.
The best part which I learn was
the teaching how to fight if trapped in a
case. The major ingredient is
‘enjoyment’. Enjoy every stage of trial
because criminal case is not just about
law/rulings/judgment which cover just a
small fraction of life. Major part of Life is
still therr waiting to be lived.
Apart from fighting cases a broad
picture of men’s right was also shared
which include health, finance, human
rights, constitutional rights etc.
Misandry is major problem. This is
spreading in our everyday social life and
something which we tried to understand.
Knowingly or unknowingly we spread
misandry everyday, but we should come
out of it as soon as possible.
Finance was another issues which
was covered during the meet. People
know how to get funds for the activities
and they shared their ideas about how it
can be implemented.
Prize distribution was also there to
encourage the participants.
Question rise is the meet is all
about men ? Is the meet organised to
discuss only serious issues ?

 No meet is not just
about the serious
discussion but it is also
about enjoying the presence of other
fellows. That’s why organizers arrange
the meet at a decent hotel where most of
entertaining facilities like pool, good
restaurant, cinema nearby, wine on order
facilities also available. Attendee not only
can meet new fellows but also can learn
about the culture from various part of
country. Building new relations and
getting knowledge about various part of
country was additional information
which one can get during the meet.

Overall the meet not only inspired

everyone to fight for their rights but also
left a mark on society. It may possible
that society take some time to recognize
men’s right but I am sure that they can
not be ignore for long time.

A Tool to Create Local Communities

Men’s HUB Team

M-Net : M-Net is newly launched tool for creating local communities. We are happy
to anounce that men’s hub team provide a plateform for launching the tool. The tool can be
assesed at the domaoin http://men.menshub.info

To use the tool one need to register, the username is mobile number (the mobile
number is used as username to ensure the genuine users), and password to ensure the security
of user data.

 M Net is a profile manager which can be used to create local communities. For
example If I register as a member tool shows me the list of another profiles in
the same state I live.

It also shows about other members profession as well as their hobbies. If a need
someone for a specific task, the tool can tell me who is available professionally as well as
volunteerly. Once I get service from a specific person tool allow me to rate the person, which
means other people know who gives better service.

There are other tools on the same concept. Then how M-Net is different ?

The concept behind the tool make it different. The idea behind the tool was to create a
plateform which can create communities for managing our own activities. In other words we
can say the tool provide us a method to rate a person based on his participation in various
activities. It also provide ways to ensure the presence of member during certain activities.

Tool not only provide a method to rate a member based on his performance for a task,
but the tool also provide a method to rate a member for his contribution for the society. That
means contribution of a member is directly linked with his professional life.

The tool not just create local communities, but it also provide many extensions. For
example :

Appointments : The tool provide method to save appointsments/court dates / journey

dates or any other form of meetings. This work like a court diary where you can store dates
for various cases. Present version don’t give a reminder but in future we have plans for
expension.
 Blogs : The tool give option to write blogs with and share with other users. The blog
has two security option, it can be either public (can be seen by anyuser) or private (can be
seen by only writer). Present version do not have option to share with specific user or specific
community but we have plans for expension.

Document : With the tool user can upload PDF files with public or private security.
This help us for sharing documents like judgments or ebooks within community.
 Expense Manager : The tool give an option to store various expenses. For example a
user can store all of his expenses during court dates.
 Album : Tool provide option to create and share photo albums. User can create ablum
for personal use in private mode and can create album in public mode for sharing.

Music : Tool has option to create album for various music (audio or video) files for
personal entertainment in private mode or for sharing within community in public mode.
 More tools wil lbe added soon.

The tool ensure the security of data by advance encryption methods. Not all but
senstive information is encrypted.

एक दिन मैं चंडीगढ़ में
टहलते हुए एक किताबों की दुकान
पर अपनी मनपसंद पत्रिकाएं उलटपलट रहा था कि
मेरी नजर बाहर पुस्तकों के एक छोटे से ढे र के पास
खड़े एक लड़के पर पड़ी. वह पुस्तक की दुकान में
घुसते हर संभ्रांत व्यक्ति से कुछ अनुनय विनय करता
और कोई प्रतिक्रिया न मिलने पर वापस अपनी जगह
पर जा कर खड़ा हो जाता. मैं काफी दे र तक मूकदर्शक
की तरह यह नजारा दे खता रहा. पहली नजर में यह
फुटपाथ पर दुकान लगाने वालों द्वारा की जाने वाली
सामान्य सी व्यवस्था लगी, लेकिन उस लड़के के चेहरे
की निराशा सामान्य नहीं थी. वह हर बार नई आशा के
साथ अपनी कोशिश करता, फिर वही निराशा.
मैं काफी दे र तक उसे दे खने के बाद अपनी
उत्सुकता दबा नहीं पाया और उस लड़के के पास जा
कर खड़ा हो गया. वह लड़का कुछ सामान्य सी विज्ञान
की पुस्तकें बेच रहा था. मुझे दे ख कर उस में फिर
उम्मीद का संचार हुआ और बड़ी ऊर्जा के साथ उस ने
मुझे पुस्तकें दिखानी शुरू कीं. मैं ने उस लड़के को
ध्यान से दे खा. साफसुथरा, चेहरे पर आत्मविश्वास
लेकिन पहनावा बहुत ही साधारण. ठं ड का मौसम था
और वह केवल एक हलका सा स्वेटर पहने हुए था.
पुस्तकें मेरे किसी काम की नहीं थीं फिर भी मैं ने जैसे
किसी सम्मोहन से बंध कर उस से पूछा, ‘बच्चे, ये सारी
पुस्तकें कितने की हैं?’
‘आप कितना दे सकते हैं, सर?’
‘अरे, कुछ तुम ने सोचा तो होगा.’
‘आप जो दे दें गे,’ लड़का थोड़ा निराश हो कर
बोला.
‘तुम्हें कितना चाहिए?’ उस लड़के ने अब यह

‘5 हजार रुपए,’ वह लड़का कुछ कड़वाहट में
बोला.
‘इन पुस्तकों का कोई 500 भी दे दे तो बहुत
है,’ मैं उसे दुखी नहीं करना चाहता था फिर भी
अनायास मुह ं से निकल गया.

 अब उस लड़के का चेहरा
दे खने लायक था. जैसे ढे र सारी
निराशा किसी ने उस के चेहरे पर
उड़ेल दी हो. मुझे अब अपने कहे पर पछतावा हुआ.
मैंने अपना एक हाथ उस के कंधे पर रखा और उससे
सांत्वना भरे शब्दों में फिर पूछा, ‘दे खो बेटे, मुझे तुम
पुस्तक बेचने वाले तो नहीं लगते, क्या बात है.
साफसाफ बताओ कि क्या जरूरत है?’
वह लड़का तब जैसे फूट पड़ा. शायद काफी
समय निराशा का उतार चढ़ाव अब उस के बरदाश्त के
बाहर था.
‘सर, मैं 10+2 कर चुका हूं. मेरे पिता एक
छोटे से रेस्तरां में काम करते हैं. मेरा एक बड़ा भाई भी
है वह भी पिता जी के साथ ही वेटर का काम करता था
उसकी शादी २ साल पहले की थी ६ महीने बाद भाभी
ने घर छोड़ दिया और अपने दोस्त के साथ रहने चली
गयी हमारे पुरे परिवार पर दहेज़ और रेप का झूठा
मुकदमा करवा दिया पिछले ढे ड़ साल से मुकदमा चल
रहा है पिता और भाई जेल मैं है घर पर मैं और माता
जी है माता जी चिंता के कारण बीमार पड़ी है इसीलिए
मैं पढ़ाई छोड़ कर छोटा मोटा काम करके घर चला रहा
हूँ
पिता जी की जमानत हो गयी है परन्तु
जमानत के लिए मेरे पास रुपये नहीं है बस इसीलिए
पुराणी किताबें बेच कर इकठा करने की कोशिश कर
रहा हूँ अगर रुपये इकठे करके पिताजी को जेल से
बहार ला सका तो शायद माता जी को कुछ तसली
मिलेगी और वह कुछ ठीक हो जाएँ
‘तुम्हारा नाम क्या है?’ मैं ने मंत्रमुग्ध हो कर
पूछा?
‘अमर विश्वास.’
‘तुम विश्वास हो और दिल छोटा करते हो.
कितना पैसा चाहिए?’
‘5 हजार,’ अब की बार उस के स्वर में दीनता
थी.
‘अगर मैं तुम्हें यह रकम दे दूं तो क्या मुझे
वापस कर पाओगे? इन पुस्तकों की इतनी कीमत तो है
नहीं,’ इस बार मैं ने थोड़ा हंस कर पूछा.
‘सर, आप ने ही तो कहा कि मैं विश्वास हूं.
आप मुझ पर विश्वास कर सकते हैं. मैं पिछले 4 दिन से
यहां आता हूं, आप पहले आदमी हैं जिस ने इतना
पूछा. उस के स्वर में अपने भविष्य के डू बने की
आशंका थी.
उस के स्वर में जाने क्या बात थी जो मेरे जेहन
में उस के लिए सहयोग की भावना तैरने लगी. मस्तिष्क
कह रहा था की जरूर इस लड़के के परिवार ने अपनी
बहु पर अत्याचार होंगे और लड़के को दुत्कार कर आगे
बाद जाने को कह रहा था परन्तु दिल लड़के की मदद
करने को मचल रहा था जबकि दिल में उस की बात को
स्वीकार करने का स्वर उठने लगा था. आखिर में दिल
जीत गया. मैंने अपने पर्स से 5 हजार रुपए निकाले,
जिन को मैं शेयर मार्किट में निवेश करने की सोच रहा
था, उसे पकड़ा दिए. वैसे इतने रुपए तो मेरे लिए भी

 माने रखते थे, लेकिन न जाने किस
मोह ने मुझसे वह पैसे निकलवा
लिए.
‘दे खो बेटे, मैं नहीं जानता कि तुम्हारी बातों में,
तुम्हारी इच्छाशक्ति में कितना दम है, लेकिन मेरा दिल
कहता है कि तुम्हारी मदद करनी चाहिए, इसीलिए कर
रहा हूं. तुम से 4-5 साल छोटी मेरी बेटी भी है मिनी.
सोचूंगा उस के लिए ही कोई खिलौना खरीद लिया,’
मैंने पैसे अमर की तरफ बढ़ाते हुए कहा.
अमर हतप्रभ था. शायद उसे यकीन नहीं आ
रहा था. उस की आंखों में आंसू तैर आए. उस ने मेरे पैर
छु ए तो आंखों से निकली दो बूंदें मेरे पैरों को चूम गईं.
‘ये पुस्तकें मैं आप की गाड़ी में रख दूं ?’
‘कोई जरूरत नहीं. इन्हें तुम अपने पास रखो.
यह मेरा कार्ड है, जब भी कोई जरूरत हो तो मुझे
बताना.’
वह मूर्ति बन कर खड़ा रहा और मैं ने उस का
कंधा थपथपाया, कार स्टार्ट कर आगे बढ़ा दी.
कार को चलाते हुए वह घटना मेरे दिमाग में
घूम रही थी और मैं अपने खेले जुए के बारे में सोच रहा
था, जिस में अनिश्चितता ही ज्यादा थी. कोई दूसरा
सुनेगा तो मुझे एक भावुक मूर्ख से ज्यादा कुछ नहीं

दिया एक बार इच्छा हुई की सोया रहूँ फिर लगा की
दरवाज़ा खोलना चाहिए क्या पता पडोसी हो दरवाज़ा
खोला तो दे खा की एक अधेड़ आयु के दुबले पतले
आदमी के साथ अमर था अधेड़ आदमी का पिता था
और उसको मैं अच्छी तरह जनता था बल्कि उसने बड़े
लड़के की शादी मैं हमको बुलाया भी था पत्नी शादी
अटें ड करने गयी भी थी
अमर मेरे दिए हुए 5000 लौटने आया था
परन्तु मैंने एक बार फिर से मूर्खता की और दिमाग की
आवाज़ को नकारते हुए दिल की आवाज़ सुनी और
पैसे लेने से यह कहते हुए मन कर दिया की अभी केस
चल रहा है पैसे की जरूरत पड़ेगी इसके अलावा अमर
की पढ़ाई दुबारा शुरू करवाने का मश्वरा दे ते हुए पैसे
लोटा दिए एक बार फिर मैंने अपनी मूर्खता सबसे छिपा
ली
एक दिन खाली समय मैं घूमने जा रहा था तो
अमर और उसके पिता को कहीं जाते हुए दे खा तो
उनका हाल चाल जानने की इच्छा हुई और उनके साथ
हो लिए बातों बातों मैं हम काफी दूर निकल आये जब
ध्यान आया तो सामने कोर्ट परिसर का बोर्ड दिखा
सोचा अब लौटना चाहिए अगर किसी जानकर ने दे ख
लिया तो बदनामी होगी परन्तु मूर्खता एक बार फिर से
जीत गयी और मैं अमर के साथ कोर्ट मैं चला गया पता
चला की बड़े लड़के की जमानत के लिए बहस होनी है
कुछ बहस के बाद जमानत मंजूर हो गयी ५ हज़ार जमा
करने थे मुझे अपनी मूर्खता में कुछ मानवता नजर
आई. एक अनजान सी शक्ति में या कहें दिल में अंदर

 बैठे मानव ने मुझे प्रेरित किया कि
मैं 5 हजार रुपए जमा करवा आया
एक बार फिर सबसे अपनी मूर्खता
छिपा आया परन्तु मूर्खता से संतोष भी मिला शायद
इसीलिए जब भी वक़्त मिलता मैं अमर के साथ कोर्ट
जाने लगा पहले पहले शर्म महसूस की फिर आदत पद
गयी
फिर एक दिन जब पता चला की अमर और
उसके परिवार को अपने गवाह कोर्ट मैं पेश करने है
और मोहल्ले वाले कोई बयान दे ने को तैयार नहीं तो
एक बार फिर दिल की बात मान कर पत्नी जोकि बड़े
लड़के की शादी मैं गयी थी और जो उसने दे खा वह सब
मैं कोर्ट मैं बयान दे आया एक बार फिर मूर्खता की और
छिपा गया सबसे इससे कई दिन पहले जब अमर ने
अपनी पड़े दुबारा शुरू की और मुझे बताने आया तो
खुद को उसकी मदद करने से रोक नहीं पाया और १
हज़ार रूपये सबसे छिपा कर दे दिए इसके बाद भी
जब जैसी मदद बन सकी करता रहा परन्तु मुझे अपनी
मूर्खता का पूरा पूरा अहसास था इसीलिए सबसे छिपा
भी रहा था
वक़्त गुजरता गया अमर के परिवार वाले कोर्ट
से बरी हो गए और अमर का मेडिकल की पढ़ाई भी
समाप्त हो गयी मूर्खता लगातार चल रही थी कभी कम
और कभी ज्यादा परन्तु चल रही थी
मैं अपनी मूर्खता दोहराता और उसे भूल
जाता. मैंने कभी चेष्टा भी नहीं की कि उस के पास जा
कर अपने पैसे का उपयोग दे खूं, न कभी वह मेरे घर
आया. कुछ साल तक यही क्रम चलता रहा. एक दिन
उस का पत्र आया कि वह उच्च शिक्षा के लिए
आस्ट्रे लिया जा रहा है. छात्रवृत्तियों के बारे में भी
बताया था और एक लाइन मिनी के लिए लिखना वह
अब भी नहीं भूला.
दिन हवा होते गए. उस का संक्षिप्त सा पत्र
आता जिस में 4 लाइनें होतीं. 2 मेरे लिए, एक अपनी
पढ़ाई पर और एक मिनी के लिए, जिसे वह अपनी
बहन बोलता था.
अमर ने अपनी शादी का कार्ड भेजा. वह
शायद आस्ट्रे लिया में ही बसने के विचार में था. मिनी
भी अपनी पढ़ाई पूरी कर चुकी थी. एक बड़े परिवार में
उस का रिश्ता तय हुआ था. अब मुझे मिनी की शादी
करनी थी. मैंने अमर को एक बार फिर याद किया और
मिनी की शादी का एक कार्ड अमर को भी भेज दिया.
प्रबंध के लिए ढे र सारे पैसे का इंतजाम…
उधेड़बुन… और अब वह चेक ?
मैं वापस अपनी दुनिया में लौट आया.
शादी की गहमागहमी चल रही थी. मैं और
मेरी पत्नी व्यवस्थाओं में व्यस्त थे और मिनी अपनी
सहेलियों में. एक बड़ी सी गाड़ी पोर्च में आ कर रुकी.
एक संभ्रांत से शख्स के लिए ड्राइवर ने गाड़ी का गेट
खोला तो उस शख्स के साथ उस की पत्नी जिस की
गोद में एक बच्चा था, भी गाड़ी से बाहर निकले.
मैं अपने दरवाजे पर जा कर खड़ा हुआ तो
लगा कि इस व्यक्ति को पहले भी कहीं दे खा है . उस ने
आ कर मेरी पत्नी और मेरे पैर छु ए.

श्रद्धा से बोला.

मेरी पत्नी अचंभित सी खड़ी थी. मैं लगातार

अपनी मूर्खता सबसे छिपा रहा था पत्नी को भी नहीं
पता था मैंने बड़े गर्व से उसे सीने से लगा लिया. उस का
बेटा मेरी पत्नी की गोद में घर सा अनुभव कर रहा था.
मिनी अब भी संशय में थी. अमर अपने साथ ढे र सारे
उपहार ले कर आया था. मिनी को उस ने बड़ी
आत्मीयता से गले लगाया. मिनी भाई पा कर बड़ी खुश
थी.

अमर शादी में एक बड़े भाई की रस्म हर तरह

से निभाने में लगा रहा. उस ने न तो कोई बड़ी
जिम्मेदारी मुझ पर डाली और न ही ज्यादा भाग दौड़
करने दी . उस के भारत प्रवास के दिन जैसे पंख लगा
कर उड़ गए. इस बार अमर जब आस्ट्रे लिया वापस
लौटा तो हवाई अड्डे पर उस को विदा करते हुए न
केवल मेरी बल्कि मेरी पत्नी, मिनी सभी की आंखें नम
थीं. हवाई जहाज ऊंचा और ऊंचा आकाश को छू ने
चल दिया और उसी के साथसाथ मेरा विश्वास भी
आसमान छू रहा था.

मैं अपनी मूर्खता पर एक बार फिर गर्वित था

और सोच रहा था कि इस नश्वर संसार को चलाने वाला
कोई भगवान नहीं हमारा विश्वास ही है हमारा आपसी
विश्वास और सहयोग

Domestic violence against men deals with domestic

violence experienced by men or boys in a domestic setting,
such as in marriage or cohabitation.

As with domestic violence against women, violence

against men may constitute a crime, but laws vary
between jurisdictions.

In India no forum exist where Men can report

Traffic Rules are changed now. Every day we
notice huge fine to some men or women. So far I have
seen a fine of 1.4 Lakh. People are happy because they
find it a good way of spreading discipline among Indian
men. To justify this exorbitant increase in traffic fines, a
very simple argument that’s given is that Indians are
habitual rule breakers and they deserve the huge fine.

I disagree. First of all, I wanted to tell that we are

not criminals so stop calling us rule breaker. Yes, we
break the rules but it is not because we are a habitual rule
breaker. It happens because our system is not efficient
enough to give us the proper roads and transport
facilities for us to use without breaking rules.

First, give us a system to follow the rules. The

system I am talking about mainly consists of ‘driving
lessons, the honest driving license issuing authorities,
honest traffic police, fast & honest mechanism to solve
the issues, better roads, better public transport, etc. The
list does not end here.

What we get is a driving license authority which

isn’t concerned if the rider knows how to drive, traffic
police prefer to take Rs. 100 /- for personal use instead of
issuing a proper challan. There exists no provision of
driving lesson in school or anywhere. There is an
abundance of bad roads, there are places without a trace
of rodes even. A lot more…

Even with the exception that we get updated

transport infrastructure, the huge fine amount cannot be
justified, since the monthly income of a normal middle-
class man hardly stands any comparison with the new
challan rates and sadly it’s likely to result in a man losing
his full large portion of his income just due to a silly
mistake, which in turn will not only be inhuman but will
also encourage corruption even further.

नहीं है! "

और उस लड़की ने उसे एक झपकी द्वरा समर्थन किया और यह कहा।

"मैं एक लड़की हूं और आपको मेरे लिए अपनी सीट खाली करनी चाहिए।"

फिर मैंने चारों ओर नज़र डाली और दे खा कि सभी लोग मुझे घूर रहे थे। मैं मरना नहीं चाहता था इसलिए मैंने सीट खाली
कर दी।

अब, कुछ प्रश्न मेरे दिमाग में उस समय आ गए।

अधिकांश महिलाएं अलग-अलग परिस्थितियों में अलग-अलग परिस्थितियों में सिर्फ स्थितियों को हमेशा अपने पक्ष में
करने के लिए अलग-अलग कार्य क्यों करती हैं?

उदाहरण के लिए।

अगर वे महिला सशक्तीकरण के लिए मार्च करती हैं, तो वे ऐसे कार्य करती हैं जैसे वे पुरुषों की तरह मजबूत हैं और वे वह
सब कुछ कर सकती हैं जो एक पुरुष कर सकता है।

तो क्यों वे पुरुषों की तरह काम नहीं करती हैं और ट्रे न में खड़ी होती हैं जैसे अधिकांश पुरुष खड़े होते हैं?

वह महिला सशक्तीकरण अब कहां गया?

यदि मैंने उस महिला द्वारा सुझाए अनुसार उसे दे खते ही मुझे अपनी सीट की पेशकश करता, तो क्या वह उसके द्वारा एक
खिलवाड़ की तरह नहीं माना जाएगा? मुझे नहीं पता। आप ही बताओ।

क्या यह विडंबना नहीं है कि महिलाएं उसी चीज का खंडन कर रही हैं जिसके लिए वे प्रतिज्ञा करती हैं।

पुरुष सशक्त हो गए क्योंकि वे प्रतिकूलताओं का सामना करने के लिए तैयार थे और आखिरकार उन्होंने अपने अधिकार
छीन लिए। लेकिन कुछ महिलाएं अपने अधिकार छीनने से नहीं बल्कि भीख मांगने और जोड़तोड़ करने में लगी रहती हैं।

परंतु सुरक्षा की समस्या अभी बानी हुई थी | गुफा उनकी जरूरतों को पूरा कर रही थी परंतु गुफा का की सुरक्षा भी जरूरी थी |
गुफा की सुरक्षा के लिए गुफा के छे द को दरवाज़े का रूप दिया जाना जरूरी था । जंगल से लकड़ियों तथा छालों के द्वारा मजबूत
दरवाज़े से गुफा को धक् दिया गया । इतना करते करते दिन गुजर गया | रात मैं खाने के बाद सभी मित्रों ने बारी बारी पहरा दे ने का
निश्चय कर के सो गए ।

रात के आखिरी पहर मैं जब नवरंग पहरे पर थे वह पिछली रात दे खी हुई फोग के बारे मैं सोच रहा था उसे यकीन था की
फोग आज भी दिखाई दे गी परंतु आज भी उसे नहीं पता था की उन लोगों को फोग से कोई खतरा है या नहीं । उसे नहीं पता थे की
वह क्या कर सकता था अगर फोग किसी किस्म के खतरे को पैदा करती । परंतु नवरंग को सिर्फ इतना पता था की उसे सावधान
रहना है । शायद यही कारन था की उसे नींद आने के बावजूद वह सतर्क था|

नवरंग सावधानी से अपनी जगह पर बैठा हुई उसी जगह को दे ख रहा था जहाँ पर उसे पिछली रात फोग दिखाई दी थी ।
पिछली रात की तरह ही आज रात भी धीरे धीरे सफ़ेद फोग पैदा होना सुरु हो चुकी थी । धीरे धीरे फोग पुरे एरिया मैं फ़ैल रही थी ।
नवरंग लगातार फोग को दे ख रहा था । काफी दे र बाद नवरंग ने ध्यान दिया तो उसे महसूर हुआ की फोग के बिच हलके हलके
जातले हुए अंगारों के जैसी दो आँखे लगातार उसे घूर रही हैं । नवरंग भी लगातार अंगारों मैं दे खने लगा वह डरा हुआ था परंतु वह
सावधान था । काफी दे र तक अंगारों मैं दे खने के कारन नवरंग की आँखें भी जल रही थी उनमे पानी निकलने लगा था ।

मजबूरन navrang तो अपनी आँखें बंद करनी पड़ी । कुछ दे र बाद जब नवरंग ने अपनी आँखें खोली वह डर के कारन
अपनी जगह से हिलना भी भूल गया । वह चिलाना कहता था अपने दोस्तों को जगाना चाहता था परंतु न तो वह हिल पा रहा था न
ही उसके मुह से कोई आवाज़ ही निकल पा रही थी । डर का कारन फोग गुफा के मुह तक आ पहुंची थी । अंगारे जैसी आँखें उससे
सिर्फ एक हाथ के फैसले पर मौजूद थी तथा उसे लगातार घूर रही थी । फोग तथा नवरंग के बिच लकड़ियों एवम शाखाओं से बने
दरवाज़े के अलावा कुछ नहीं था । नवरंग सिर्फ हाथ बड़ा कर फोग को छु सकता था परंतु न तो नवरंग ऐसा करना कहता थे न ही
उसमे इतनी हिम्मत बची थी |

काफी दे र तक नवरंग ऐसे ही खड़ा रहा । धीरे धीरे उसकी चेतना वापिस आ रही थी । वह सोच रहा था की जब अंगारे
जैसे आँखों वाली फोग ने गुफा के मुह तक आ पहुंची है तो अब अंदर क्यों नहीं आ पा रही परंतु उसे नहीं पता था क्यों न ही वह इस
बारे मैं कुछ सोचना चाहता था । उसे बस इतनी ही तसली थी की फोग गुफा के अंदर नहीं आ पा रही । काफी दे र तक फोग को
दे खते रहने के बाद नवरंग पीछे हट कर एक पत्थर पर बैठ गया । उसे यकीन था की फोग किसी कारन से गुफा मैं नहीं आ सकती
परंतु फिर भी वह अपनी नज़रें फोग से नहीं हटाना चाहता था । नवरंग के पत्थर पर बैठने के बाद फोग ने लगातार आगे भड़ कर
गुफा मैं प्रवेश करने की कोशिश जारी राखी परंतु किसी कारन से न तो गुफा के अंदर जा सकी न ही प्रयास बंद हुए |

 दिन की शूरुआत हो चुकी थी सूरज की लाली आकाश मैं फैलनी शुरू हो चुकी थी । गुफा के बहार फोग अभी भी मौजूद
थी । रात मैं अंगारे जैसी चमकने वाली आँखें अभी भी मौजूद थी परंतु शायद आकाश की रौशनी के कारन इस वक़्त आँखों को
दे ख परं बहुत मुश्किल था । अपने दोस्तों के जागने के बाद नवरंग ने सभी की रात मैं हुई घंटना के बारे मैं बताया तथा अंगारों जैसी
आँखें भी दिखाई । इस वक़्त सभी दोस्त डरे हुए थे परंतु सब एक साथ थे इस लिए डर भी अपनी सीमाओं से आगे नहीं जा पा रहा
था । नवरंग ने इस वक़्त गुफा मैं ही रह कर फोग के हटने का इतंज़ार करने का फैसला किया । इस वक़्त जबकि करने के लिए
कुछ भी नहीं था तो नवरत्न एक तरफ जा कर सोने की कोशिश करने लगा । नवरंग के दोस्त दूसरी तरफ सतर्क बैठे रहे । नवरंग
तथा उसके दोस्त लगातार महसूस कर रहे थे को अंगारों जैसी आँखे लगातार नवरंग को घूर रही थी । आँखों के पूरा ध्यान सिर्फ
और सिर्फ नवरंग पर ही था |

जैसे जैसे दिन निकलता गया फोग भी पीछे हटने लगी । परंतु नवरंग के दोस्त लगातार महसूस कर रहे थे की फोग पीछे
हटना नहीं चाहती परंतु उसे हटना पड़ रहा था । आखिर दिन का पहला पहर ख़तम होने से पहले जब सूरज की किरणे गुफा के
बाहर तक आने ही वाली थी फोग पूरी तरह से गायब हो चुकी थी । इसी वक़्त नवरंग ने अपने दोस्तों को जरूरत का सामन इकठा
करने के लिए भिजवा दिया तहत खुद उस तरफ बाद गया जहां पर से फोग सुरु हुई थी । जब नवरंग के दोस्त फल एवम लकड़ी
इकठी कर रहे थे नवरंग चटान पर चढ़ने के रस्ते की तलाश कर रहा था जिस से की पिछली रात फोग शुरू हुई थी । परंतु एक गहरी
खाई उसका रास्ता रोके हुई थी । न तो खाई को कूद कर पर किया जा सकता था न ही नवरंग कोई दूसरा रास्ता ही तलाश कर
पाया । अंतत नवरंग के पास हार मानने के अलावा कोई और रास्ता नहीं था ।

नवरंग अपने दोस्तों का हाथ बताने के लिए वापिस आ गया । वह रात होने से पहले गुफा मैं काफी लकड़ी एवम फल
इकठे कर लेना कहता था जिससे की अगर कुछ दिन गुफा मैं कैद भी रहना पड़े तो भी खाने एवम सर्दी की चिंता न करनी पड़े ।

धीरे धीरे रात फिर आ गयी । आज की रात नवरंग सबसे पहले पहरा दे रहा था । आज भी पिछली रात की तरह ही चारो
तरफ फोग फैली हुई थी आँखें अंगारों की तरह जल रही थी । आँखें लगातार नवरंग को घूर रही थी फोग लगातार गुफा मैं आने का
प्रयास कर रही थी । परंतुय नवरंग निश्चिन्त था उसे यकीन था की फोग अंदर नहीं आ पायेगी । पूरी रात नवरंग एवम उसके दोस्त
एक एक करके पहरा दे ते रहे परंतु न तो फोग अंदर आ पायी न ही प्रयास बंद हुए |
