1/2 tsp of ground black pepper Place about 2 or 3 inches of oil in a pot.
Heat it to 350 degrees. If you have a deep
1/2 cup of flour fryer, that is even better. Place the sticks in
the oil, 2 or 3 at a time, and fry them for
cooking oil
about 2 minutes or until they are golden
brown.
Remove them from the oil. Place them on a
wire rack to drain.
Serve your Kesong Puti sicks up with some
marinara sauce or you favorite condiments.
