Plot a scenario or situation using the information given below. Scenario should depict your 
management skills, your situation handling capabilities, your team distribution and overall it 
should be ​ORIGINAL OF YOUR OWN​.  

1. You have to conduct a grand internship fair as an E-cell event. 

2. The budget allocated for this is INR 15,000. 
3. Design a strategy to promote the event.  
4. You can have sponsors also for this event if you think you need it. But if you use sponsors 
then do mention the deal done with them, the exchanges you made with them and a short 
brief of how you will have them in your event. (Not more than 200 words).  
5. You have a team of 30.  
6. You have 400 registered participants for the internship fair.  
7. You have computer labs/center = 3, each with a capacity of 50 (on avg). [May also think 
for other ways if you think the center is not enough to accommodate]. 
8. Design your own way from registration of candidates to end the process of getting an 
internship. 
9. You have to let each student participate. 
10. Show the distribution of the team available to you for the event.  
11. You can use as many companies as you want for an internship fair.  
12. Students who are registering can apply to the company of their choice. Make a way how 
you will map the students to companies as skills or the way you think so.  
13. Draft event report including press releases.  

 
 

 
 

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES : 
• You have to follow the above-provided details strictly. Within the details provided, you can 
make an event that should be original enough.  

• Refer to the Previous event of the cell to know better and it will help you to do your task in a 
better way.  

• According to the choices made while filling the form, you have to complete the mandatory 
portions of the task, failing to do so will result in disqualification. As mentioned above the 
percentage completion of task will be marked.

Selected candidates will be called for Round 3 on the 15th & 16th of October in College through 
email and text message.
