PROJECT BACKGROUND

To sustain employee's drive to continuously excel in his/her field, our


government grants loyalty pay as part of employees benefits that recognize the
continuous and satisfactory service rendered by officials and employees for a
period of ten years and five years thereafter.
The Schools Division Office of Sorsogon has provided such benefits
through the granting of loyalty pay award. Records, however, showed that the
office failed to award the loyalty pay just in time.
The SDO employees are thus expressing their felt need for the prompt
release of their loyalty pay. It is in this context that the CI Team has conceived
this project.
