BACKGROUND

Marble cakes have been known since ancient times during the
journey of German immigrants to America before the Civil War. The
marble motif that was found long ago was made from spices,where the
first recipe for this cake was in an American recipe book in 1889.
Then this marble cake motif was made with chocolate because in 1895
chocolate was easier to reach.In Indonesia, the marble cake reminds us
of the "inheritance" made by the mother to grandmother during family
gatherings. This marble cake has a unique motif with a golden yellow
color and a marble motif with a brown color.

In brief, the objectives of this proposal are to:

1. Get the value of an English assignment

2. Give the marbel cake background to the reader

3. Tell readers how to make marbel cakes

PLAN OF COST /PRICE

PLACE:
where we worked on this proposal at M.Raihan's home, located in the
Majasari Complex

TIME:
we made this proposal from 10 to half past 6 in the afternoon

CAST\PRICE:
we buy:

1. Flour flour at a price of twelve thousand rupiah

2. 1 kg egg at a price of thirty thousand rupiah

3. Sugar with the price of thirteen thousand rupiah

4. Making Powder with a price of thirty thousand rupiah

5. Emulsifying emulsifier with a price of ten thousand rupiah

all in all, one hundred and four thousand rupiah (104,000)

GENERIC STRUCTURE

Ingredients:
1. 150 grams of flour

2. 150 gr of butter

3. 8 egg yolks

4. 2 egg whites

5. 100 gr sugar for two (50gr)

6. 1/2 teaspoon fine salt

7.1 / 4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon emulsifier

TOOL:
1. Mixer

2. Spatula

3. Cake Mold

4. Container

Steps:
1. Beat the butter, salt, and 50 grams of granulated sugar until it is
lightly fluffy with a high speed mixer for about 10 minutes, set aside

2. In another place, beat eggs, emulfisier and 50gr sugar until fluffy
thick white for about 10 minutes.

3. Pour the beaten egg into a beaten butter, stir well using a spatula.
make sure it is flat. add the flour and baking powder that has been sifted,
stirring evenly using a medium speed mixer.

4. Take around 6sdm of dough, add chocolate paste, stir well the
remaining white mixture is given vanilla paste

5. Prepare a 20 cm diameter tulban pan that has been spread with butter,
pour the alternating dough (brown and white) until it is full.

6. Bake in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 40


minutes or more.

CONCLUSION
Marble cake is a cake that has its own unique cake which is very
different from other cakes that have carved art that makes other people
amazed to make it, including us.
