Job Position: Appointment Setter

Job Description: Responsible for calling homeowners in the State of Arizona USA, via phone, offer air
vacuum cleaning systems and set-up appointments for technician.

Qualifications:
 Excellent oral and written English communication w/ very soft accent.
 Experienced in Telemarketing.
 Proven problem-solving ability & make decisions.
 Ability to efficiently handle multitasking tasks.
 Detail-oriented.

TIMING
A. Contract Date and Kickoff – April
B. Desired Agent Start Date – April

HR/Payroll – AmeeraTel will screen applicants based on client’s job description, English language
abilities, and any client-provided assessments or tests. AmeeraTel will send resumes and initial
recruitment stage results of the prescreened applicants to client and schedule final interviews. The
client provide feedback resumes and on interviewed candidates within 24 hours.
AmeeraTel will provide full HR & payroll support to client.

OPERATIONS
A. Work Product/Management – Client will manage the agents directly. All work product and day-
to-day tasks will be assigned and managed by client. Client retains rights to all work product.
B. Performance Feedback – The client will provide AmeeraTel management with monthly
performance feedback for each agent based on the metrics and definition of success.
C. Client Services – The Client Services manager will hold monthly meetings with the direct
manager of the agents to discuss feedback and any tactical work issues.

WORK SCHEDULE – 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST

TRAINING – Client provided.

TECHNOLOGY - S&L will provide standard workstations for each position that includes desktop
computer, Windows Processor, and a connection to High-speed internet. Client will provide other
software tools needed such as Dialer & Voip.

AGREEMENT – Key contract provisions are restated in the MOA.


A. Duration – An initial three months engagement. After the initial period the contract will renew
on twelve month periods and client has the option to cancel at any time within a twelve month
period by providing 60 days' notice.
B. Billing – Monthly payments are due in advance of services rendered.
