Campaign Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)


Campaign Details & Period
1. AVATRADE MALAYSIA’s “THE ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE WITH AVATRADE”
(Lucky Draw Campaign) is organized by LYNX SOLUTIONS SDN BHD (the Organizer)
on behalf of AVATRADE Malaysia and will run from 1st November 2019 to 31st
December 2019. The Organizer reserves the right upon giving prior notice of seven (7)
calendar days to change the commencement and/or to determine the expiry date of the
Campaign Period.
Eligibility
2. This Campaign is open exclusively to all Eligible Customer(s) aged 18 and above
who meets the deposit and trading requirement with the real account via AVATRADE
Malaysia platform during the campaign period:
a) For Existing Customers:

Every USD 1,000 Deposit OR
1 x Lucky Draw ticket 2 Months
Every 10 Trading Lot Size
* Example:
Deposit USD 3,000 & completed 30 Trading Lot Size = 6 Lucky Draw Tickets
b) For First-time Depositors

Lucky Draw Conditions Ticket Entitlement

Every USD 1,000 Deposit 2 x Lucky Draw ticket

* Example:
Deposit USD 3,000 & completed 30 Trading Lot Size = 9 Lucky Draw Tickets
The following persons/entities shall NOT be eligible to participate in the Campaign:
(i) Permanent, contract and/or temporary staff or employees of LYNX SOLUTIONS SDN
BHD (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and their immediate family
members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers, and sisters); and/or
(ii) Individual below the age of 18 years.
General Terms and Conditions
3. The deposit and Trading Lot Size requirement must be completed within the
campaign period.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the offer in the event of a reversal of
transactions or cancellation or termination of the transaction and/or account during the
Campaign Period and/or failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions herein.
All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to this campaign shall be final and NO
appeal will be entertained.
5. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions and the decisions from the Organizer.
6. The Organizer shall be entitled to publish and/or display materials and/or information,
including but not limited to the names, photographs and city of residence of the Eligible
Customer(s) under this Campaign for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in
any manner it deems appropriate. By taking part in this Campaign, the eligible
Customer(s) hereby expressly authorizes the Organizer to publish and/or display the
Eligible Customer’s name, photographs and city of residence for advertising and
publicity purposes.
7. The Organizer shall be entitled to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and
Conditions or any part thereof and/or substitute or replace the offer under this campaign
and/or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend the
Campaign at any time by providing prior notice of seven (7) business day to the Eligible
Customers and the notice shall be posted through www.avatrade.com.my
website, https://www.facebook.com/AvaTradeMY/ Facebook page or through any other
channel or channels that the Organizer may deem as appropriate.
8. In the event the Prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond control, the
Organizer reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
9. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable to cash or any other items.
10. The Organizer will determine the date of the match and inventory of the entire trip;
the winner shall be responsible for his/her visa-related procedure and fees.
