Today white societies now subdue Black populations

without fighting by using Black racially demoralizing
(divide and conquer psychological warfare) propaganda.
Because the oppressed are easier to control when they’re
made to feel self- loathing. This insidious warfare tactic is
so proficient that it not only makes Black people more
compliant with white dominance over their lives, it in fact
makes many even prefer it. This covert system of control is
at the root of both the profound feelings of self- loathing
now affecting many Black people and the feelings of false
racial superiority that many whites now possess.

It's no strange occurrence that many Black people are now

self -loathing, perceives themselves as being their own
worst enemies, and thinks favorably of whites in spite of a
brutal history to the contrary. These thoughts and ideologies,
that clearly benefits white societies, were shrewdly
programmed into the minds of millions of Black people
through media subliminal programming without most even
realize it. As a means of protecting white societies from
Black retribution, Black people are the unknowing targets of
the most elaborate divide and conquer warfare campaign in
history.
The white media's unrelenting negative depictions of Black
people-- that amplifies the negative to the point that it
distort reality-- is much more than just bias media reporting.
It is also actually a Divide and Conquer psychological
warfare system. Throughout world history, oppressors have
often deployed divide and conquer tactic against the
oppressed because self- loathing and division amongst the
oppressed makes them easier to control. This modern
system is deplored like a massive media marketing
campaign that constantly subjects Black people to seeing
only the fraudulent worst within themselves. Its weapon is
the message that it carries. Within this system fraudulent
black racially demoralizing propaganda is pumped
unrelentingly into the unsuspecting minds of Black
populations--without being challenged or counterbalanced
by an equal amount Black positive racially affirming
information. It conveys the subliminal message that Black
people are there own worst enemy and therefore needs
whites to govern over their lives. Moreover, that Black
people should admire, respect, and trust only Whites. This
system is extremely effective because when Black people
are repetitively presented these noted narratives from trusted
white media sources it can be very difficult to resist it's
implied programming. Especially when the propaganda is
being told daily and so unrelentingly. With time, being
unable to refute the constant negative information about
themselves, many Black people eventually comes to accept
them. They unconsciously influences how many within the
Black population perceives themselves, creating division
and self hatred among themselves. It also turns the
collective aggressions of Black people away from the white
society and turns them inward against themselves. This
condition makes Black populations easier to control and
subdue.

Media social engineering is not a conspiracy theory. It is a

true science and practice that the ruling white elites have
well researched and have been using for many years to meet
their ruling objectives. The definitions of values by which
people operate are greatly influenced by the mainstream
media. Social norms promoted by media can influence the
way of thinking and the “cognitive map” of the populated
audience. Because perceptions created by the media leads to
non-deliberate thoughtful decision-making or decision
below the level of consciousness. It has been called
"thinking without thinking", and it ultimately leads to
unconscious similar behaviors. People are like a computers,
all you have to do is keep giving them certain information
every so often and you can persuade an entire country or
nation towards an implied objective. It doesn't matter if the
information is true or not most will agree because they too
have been given the same information. This warfare tactic
works so well that it not only makes Black people more
compliant with white dominance over their lives, it in fact
makes many even prefer it. It's at the root of the self - hatred
affecting many Black people and false feelings of false
superiority held by many whites.
This insidious propaganda campaign is based upon the
research and tactics developed by Edward Bernays. Bernays
is regarded as the father of mass manipulation propaganda
warfare. The Tavistock Institute of Human Behavior has
praised Bernays and being its greatest prophet. Bernays was
the first mass manipulation expert that used his uncle
Sigmund Freud's study of the human mind to develop tactics
for controlling the minds of large populations. He was a
mass manipulation expert that permanently impressed upon
these elites the potential of large-scale propaganda to
control public opinion. Bernays was also an advisor to
several U.S. presidents.

Bernays said in his 1928 book Propaganda, that; "If we

understand the mechanism and motives of a group mind, it
is now possible to control and regiment the masses
according to our will without them knowing it." Bernays
further stated that; "The human mind is like a computer no
matter how efficient it may be its reliability is only as great
as the information fed into it. If it’s possible to control the
input into the human mind, then no matter how intelligent a
person may be it is entirely possible to control what he will
think. Therefore they that control the mainstream media
control the collective conscious of the nation."

The U.S. government was so impress by Dr. Barney's mass

manipulating capabilities that it appointed him as an advisor
to several US presidents --from Woodrow Wilson to
Eisenhower. The U.S. Government has a long history of
using media driven psychological warfare program-- based
upon the teachings of Dr. Bernays--to assist in obtaining its
governmental agendas. When the blatantly racist Jim Crow
segregation systems, used in the past for meeting the agenda
of maintaining white dominance, became no socially
acceptable, the logical solution was to start using these well
proven mass manipulating propaganda campaigns against
Black populations.

There are lots of misinformation and false ideologies about

the plight and condition of Black people that have been
deliberated created by white oppressive forces and spread
throughout our communities. The naïve and gullible
amongst us then accepts them as being true although they
are actually not. Be aware of these many false ideologies
( biblical prophecies, slave syndrome, and non- African
claims) that masquerades themselves as being liberating
truths but actually deepens your mental enslavement. You'll
know them because they are not able to endure true scrutiny,
critical thinking, they provide no proof, nor quantify
evidence to support their claims, and breeds division
amongst the Black world. The truth of our condition and
plight is that, as a means of protecting white societies from
Black retribution, Black people globally are the unknowing
targets of the most elaborate demoralizing divide and
conquer psychological warfare campaign in world history.
A people's destiny is determined by what they believe about
themselves. White societal social engineering scientist and
propaganda designers have use the fact to create an
elaborate prison for the minds of Black people by
misleading us to believe only the fraudulent worst about
ourselves. People are easily controlled by the information
the routinely receive about themselves. When people
routinely receive positive affirming information about
themselves, this raises their collective self image, self
esteems, and unifies them. However, to the contrary, when
people are constantly inundated with fraudulent negative
information the exact opposite happens. They instead
become divided and self loathing and easier to control. This
is the psychological warfare tactic is what is being done to
Black people through the white media. The tactic is also
known as hacking the group mind of a targeted population.
Because white societies controls most of the media contents
that Black people receives this allows them easily
negatively control what Black people believes about
themselves. More specifically it allows them to shrewdly
indoctrinate self contemptuous thoughts and ideologies into
the collective minds of Black people that serves and protects
the interests of white societies. This happens without most
Black people even realizing it.
THE MANIPULATION OF BLACK PEOPLE

The white controlled media's distorted racially devaluing

treatment of its Black population that amplifies the negative
to the point that it distorts reality is a deliberately designed
massive psychological warfare program. This program is
deplored like a domestic marketing campaign that
marginalizes the Black brand while exemplifying the white
brand. Its constant relentless bombardment of deplorably
negative images of African Americans-- that subjects them
to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves-- is
deliberately designed to corrupts their sense of racial unity
and cohesion, mold the character of self-hatred, engender
self-doubt, self-loathing, and distrust among their group. It
also insinuates that Black people should admire, respect,
and trust only Whites. It is a covert method of defending
and maintaining white dominance and control. This literary
work is not about peddling
Black victim-hood. Nor is it a frivolous attempt to misplace
blame in order to absolve ourselves of our own
responsibilities. It instead demonstrates within a
constructive manner, rather than an accusatory one that
presently Black people are targets of the largest ideological
subversion program in history. It contends that when the
past blatant methods used for maintaining white social
dominance became morally and socially unacceptable the
ruling white societal elites secretly modified their efforts of
meeting this objective into a system more socially
acceptable with the changing times. Their unrelenting
commitment to maintain their white dominance is now
being met through the implementation of social engineering
perception management programs. This covert system is
unlike the blatant overt types used in the past that resulted in
Black people unifying themselves against it. This racist
system is not easily recognized nor comprehended by most
of its Black victims. It is the fiercest racist system ever to
confront Black America. It is so well disguised that although
many of its Black victims may instinctively feel that there is
something wrong, they are however unable to sufficiently
conceptualize it so that they can unify and defend
themselves against it.
MISEDUCATION

This Black marginalizing /white exemplifying psychological

conditioning is also being deliberately done during the
educational development of Black students. The reason is
because for a ruling class to maintain its social dominance
over its suppressed group, it must condition its suppressed
group from a very early age, before they have an
opportunity to question the propriety of the matter. To do
so, the quality of education given to the lower class from the
time that they are youths must be the most non-beneficial
and detrimental sort to their psyche. In doing so even the
brightest among the suppressed class of individuals may
have little, if any, hope of extracting themselves from their
assigned low, dominated position in life. This practice is an
essential factor in maintaining the current social dominance
of the ruling class because equality cannot be obtained in a
society where a segment of its population is denied a
racially and culturally affirming and inspirational education.
This is precisely what is being done to African Americans in
the American educational system. Generations of African
Americans have been educated to respect every culture
except their own and rendered totally ignorant of past
achievements, contributions, and history of Blacks, in the
process. One of the most disheartening experiences is to
visit public schools named for honored, Black civil rights
leaders and discover that routinely and consistently, Black
students from kindergarten through twelfth grade are taught
to admire almost exclusively the history, contributions, and
achievements of Whites only. Conversely, gravely needed
information about Black history and culture, needed to
affirm and nurture these students’ self-esteem and
aspirations is deliberately withheld from their educational
curriculum. Under such circumstances, Black students must
not only deal with common peer pressure and personality
consolidation but also deal with the negativity associated
with being Black. This failure to provide African American
students with racially affirming information in their
educational settings discourages their motivation and
aspirations from kindergarten to school to high school.
MANUFACTURED CONSENT TO
MISTREAT BLACK PEOPLE

When groups in power want to suppress or to exploit its

minority group they do so by portraying that group as a
fearsome enemy or a major problem of the society through
lies and manufactured news items. They utilize propaganda
to turn harmless targeted groups into a fearsome enemy
through lies and manufactured news items. They then use
the fraudulent information to justify attacking and or
mistreating the group. This propaganda practice is referred
to as manufactured consent or"engineering consent". This
unspoken practice continues in the case of African
Americans. The white media’s nightly negative newscast
depictions of its Black population is deliberately designed to
reinforce seemingly preconditioned response of resentment
and prejudicial images of Black people in the majority
population, thereby creating a false impression of wanton
Black criminality and violence. This engenders prejudiced
distorted perceptions and acrimonious beliefs about its
Black populous that are designed to make the nation and the
entire world insensitive to their plight, tranquilizes efforts
on their behalf, and lessens pressure for social change on
behalf of Blacks. It also makes any serious criticism of
White racism almost impossible today. The
“Mainstreaming” of negative images of Black people also
facilitates a national consensual setting that allows Black
mistreatment. Its negative depictions creates a false
justification for the white controlled legal system’s
mistreatment of Blacks. A setting wherein which Blacks are
disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and
are more likely than other racial groups to be treated
brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they
are unarmed. These injustices now goes ignored because the
perception has subconsciously become that it’s all now
justified.
Presently there are white social engineering scientists that
manipulates the perceptions and opinions of the masses.
These men govern our minds, molds our opinions of the
world, and of ourselves through the societal information
they present to us through the media. The white media's
constant, unrelenting and negative depictions of it's Black
people, that amplifies the negative to the point that it
distorts reality, is much more than just biased media
reporting. It's actually an elaborate black racially
demoralizing psychological warfare program. Whenever the
ruling elites want to control Black populations, the first
thing they do is to make them ashamed of themselves and
culture. Because more ashamed of themselves and culture
that Black people are made to feel, the more compliant they
are with white dominance over their lives. Given that whites
controls all Black statistics, national narratives, and even
how the Black image is depicted within their media this
allows them to negatively control what Black people
believes about themselves. They constantly inundate Black
people with fraudulent, negative disinformation about
themselves. This psychological warfare program is deplored
like a massive media marketing campaign that constantly
subjects Black people to seeing only the fraudulent worst
within themselves. Through this conditioning program,
fraudulent black racially demoralizing disinformation are
being pumped unrelenting into the unsuspecting minds of
Black people without being challenged or counterbalanced
by an equal amount Black self loving messages. In time the
Black population, being unable to neither refute or confirm
the constant negative disinformation about themselves, will
become mentally fatigued and frustrated by them.

The constant humiliation then unconsciously influences how

Black populations perceives themselves, subsequently
causing them to become distrustful of themselves, doubting
themselves, hating themselves, and even eventually fighting
among themselves. This programming also conveys the
message that Black people are there own worst enemy and
therefore needs whites to govern over their lives. Moreover,
that Black people should admire, respect, and trust only
Whites. This turns the collective aggressions of many Black
people away from their white oppressors and turns them
inward against themselves. It's the real reason why it's not
uncommon to hear Black people constantly putting down
their own race. They've been socially engineered to do so.
It's a sophisticated system used for controlling Black
populations.

This is all possible because people are like computers, all

the media reflects our reality, but it is in fact rarely ever the
case. The media most often forms our behaviors, beliefs and
perceptions of our collective selves through the images that
it routinely shows us. Because perceptions created by the

Especially when the propaganda is being told daily and so
unrelentingly. No group can be constantly subjected to
seeing only the fraudulent worst within themselves and not
suffer some adverse effects. This psychological warfare
program works so well in fact that it not only makes Black
people more compliant with white dominance over their
lives, it in fact makes many even prefer it. It is at the root of
both the profound division and self hatred now afflicting so
many Black people and is at the heart of internalized
feelings of superiority that many whites possess.

Though relevant, most studies about the conditions and

plights of Black people seems to focused on relatively self-
blaming ‘domestic’ issues, brought about by “cause and
effect”, as manifested through crime. These are pointed
annoyances and cause real distresses to many within our
communities; but they are of much lesser significance, in
comparison to what is being disclosed within this literature.
In the Black Matrix, Franklin Jones’ analysis looks at the
wider, more profound issue now adversely affecting Black
communities. Mr. Jones states that a system is practiced by
the global white elites that work on botvh conscious and
unconscious levels, to ensure the continuance of their white
dominance and control. He brilliantly explains the process
of the psychological warfare strategy that is now used by
white societal elites to control the perceptions of its Black
populations. Jones contends that currently the realities
among black people are not entirely their own making; and
the daily, weekly monthly and yearly reinforcements of that
reality is being carefully crafted and applied by way of a
deliberately designed mass media perception management
program. Within this mass manipulation program the
collective perceptions of Black people are being negatively
shaped, as a means of maintaining white dominance and
control. It instill Black shamefulness, self-blame, self-
hatred, and creates black compliance--and in some cases
preference--of white dominance over their lives. It also
results in negativity towards Black population that facilitates
a consensual setting for their mistreatment. This perception
management strategy is so sophisticated that it attacks Black
population all the while still simultaneously facilitating
blind Black allegiance and limiting critical evaluation of its
actions. Franklin Jones believes that it is imperative that
Black people understand how this modern system of white
supremacy works in order to dismantle it. This book is an
excellent introduction to the system of psychological
operational warfare for Blacks in contemporary America,
and beyond, who are unaware of this ongoing fine review
and is perhaps most useful to those unfamiliar with
psychological warfare, its tools and effects. Those that are
perplexed by the national media's ongoing, constant
negative depictions about Black people may find some
answers in Jones’ impassioned and well-constructed
analysis, which is thought-provoking and suggestive in
terms of solutions. The portrayal of Black people in the
media has been analyzed by many scholars. However, while
these literatures have addressed the content of these media
mis-portrayals, and speculated on their impact, few
protocols have been suggested for assessing their effect
upon Black viewers or upon others in the television
audience. Here, Franklin Jones is a Whistle Blower, as he
worked in the ‘system’ and is aware of its machinations. He
is a Bell Ringer, backed up by theoretical and empirical
evidence, to which Jones referred from time to time in his
known and extensive works. A Bell Ringer, who tells us that
the ‘Trojan Horse’ is a gift of destruction, and not one of
reconciliation, love and a desire for Justice, peace and
harmony. F. Jones is providing us an immense service. He
is building awareness among Black people to the point
where we recognize that doing nothing is not a constructive
option.
