Global warming is the result of our irresponsibility in the manner in


which we exploit the resources of our world.

Assignment task

Based on the assignment statement above, write an essay to show your stand.

1. Your essay should contain the following:


- An introductory paragraph (some background information about the topic and a
thesis statement- an introductory sentence in the body of the essay).
- Body of essay (Three body paragraphs—each explaining the cause and effects of
global warming. All sources used to further explain each cause and effect must be
properly referenced).
- Concluding paragraph (a restatement of the thesis/ prediction of future
consequences).

2. Your paragraph will be evaluated using the rubric given.


3. Write an essay based on the topic given above. Your essay should have the following
parameters.
