*The price quoted will include all mandatory taxes, fees and charges, but will exclude any
other optional extra fees and fuel costs.
Claimants must submit a screen print of the competing car rental company’s lower price
(which must include all taxes, fees & charges) and car hire booking details (see price
promise terms and conditions). Without this supporting documentation the claim will be
rejected.
In order to qualify for the ""Your car hire for FREE" " guarantee, a customer must book the car
hire on www.ryanair.com and collect and return the car hire.
The passenger needs to submit the claim using the attached form (English only) to
pricepromise@cartrawler.com within 1 hour of making the car hire booking.
Should a claimant for any reason fail to submit the claim form within 1 hour of making the
booking on www.ryanair.com, then that claim will be deemed as late and will be disregarded
for the purposes of this promotion.
