that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. The act of

measuring KPI promotes an atmosphere of learning in an organization. The employee in

MUDIM can involve helping the company to achieve high profit by achieve their own KPI that

was set by the company. If the KPI is an effective measurement and achievement of the specific

goal tied to the KPI, these will educate all personnel involved in the company.

achieving the KPI. This is because KPI promote long-term strategic goals. Thus, it becomes

important to keep the measurements consistent over time. Although MUDIM changes its goals,

to achieve and increase in profit. For example, the employee must achieve a sales goal in terms

employee in MUDIM might require to achieve the objectives in three months, six months, or

before the next performance review. Objectives should be attainable and realistic. Expecting

an employee to achieve a billion dollars in sales within 60 days is unrealistic.
