Psych:

Sentence Making

1. Write Positive sentences

2. Sentences that shows your maturity
3. Sentences that depicts your qualities
-Qualities that are encourages in forces i.e Leadership , Team work , Decision Making ,struggler
i.e., I explained the plan to my team .
4. Try to avoid words i.e “Don’t
i.e Don’t panic ( that might be taken as you panic)
5. Don’t repeat sentences
6. Don’t leave sentences in the middle . that shows you don’t want to write whatever came into
your mind . its better to write than leaving . Best approach is write the word and leave it .
Meannwhile when you get time while solving others, think about this word and write whenever
you get spare 3-4 seconds.
7. Write short sentences.
8. Don’t press your pen too hard while writing . That might show your stress level. Since they give
us ball points so it might leave some prints showing hard press.
9. Good hand writing is a PLUS.
10. Don’t write already made sentences i.e God is one , Honesty is best policy. Write your thinking .

Strengths and weaknesses:

11. Write strengths that can help you serve better i.e Leadership, Team work, Helping ,
Independent , Confident . (if you don’t have such qualities , you need to discover them within
yourself. ) DON’T WRITE ANY THING THAT CONFLICTS WITH YOUR PERSONALITY
12. Weakness: Write weaknesses that are less harmful . Or doesn’t matter for forces .
Incidents/Events of life:

Don’t write any incident that influenced your life in a bad manner

Write events that shows your hardworking nature, successful plans (that you had a dream , then you
achieve it).

Bad incident: Write any incident that happened but make sure, your role should be of SUPER HERO
in that incident. You sorted out things and you came out of that incident.

DON’T WRITE ANYTHING THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH REALITY AND FACTS .

Just like why you want to join forces?

Then your answer shouldn’t be that its my dream or passion . Tell what exactly influenced you.
Don’t tell that me relatives are in forces so I want to be . Don’t say its dream of your parents .

Tell what exactly influenced you. Give mature and practical answer.

Deputy:

1. Dress up well
2. Be confident
3. Look confident
4. The way you sit, the way you answer . The way you look at the Deputy that shows how
confident you are. Your voice show how much confident you are .
5. You need to work for deputy interviews. i.e
 Capitals
 Names of presidents/prime ministers
 Abbreviations
 Quick maths
 You should know whatever you wrote in the forms . (forms should be filled in good
handwriting)
 Try to write positively
My questions:

1. What is the meaning of your name.

2. Study / qualification/ current job.
3. Relationship status
4. If they ask you any vulgur question , don’t hesitate to answer. Answer it maturely. Say , yes I
have male friends . If they ask , do you like any one , SAY NO. you need to be very clear. If the
answer is NO then he might ask you some more . But you need to stick to whatever you said .
and look confident . If you smile on such questions that might show your immaturity level.
5. What is capital of America
6. Abbreviation of WAPDA, CPEC,NADRA
7. Quick maths: if 5kg of apples are of 80 then what will be the cost of 1.5kg’s
8. Speed,distance and time calculation.
9. Speed is 80km/h then calculate distance for 30m , 60m, 80m, 15m
10. Which is greater, 2/3, ½
11. Some personal questions to see what I am going to do if I have to select between career and
love life.
12. They ask such questions by giving you difference scenerios to check how much you are
interested in this job and how quickly you can resign. SHOW WHATEVER WILL HAPPEN, YOU
WONT LEAVE THE JOB . IF HE GIVE YOU A PROBLEM THEN YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM YOUR
STRAETGY/ SOLUTION THAT HOW YOU WILL GET OUT OF IT WITHOUT RESIGNING.
13. Weaknesses of friends. DON’T PRESENTED VERY BAD WEAKNESSES. SHOW YOUR FRIENDS JUST
THE WAY YOU SHOW YOUR SELF. I said she panics sometimes whenever she has to do
something new then I have to buck up her and then she does that very well (SEE YAHAN PAY BE
SOME HOW APNI QUALITY SHOW KR DI)

15. It doesn’t matter you did all of the obstacles or 2-3 . what GTO sees and appreciates
 That you don’t give up (I was having a hard time with boxing ring . I tried it 4 times .
Again and again . Very confidently. I knew it that I can do it and atlast I was successful)
 Clear you fouls . Don’t ignore even a single one . otherwise that will be a very BIG
NEGTIVE SIDE . that you aren’t fair and honest
 Your expressions are noticed by the GTO. Don’t look scared while doing any obstacle.
 Your facial expressions should be of athletics.
 Every time I use to cross any obstacles, Mery mind ma mera DREAM hota that I CAN DO
IT and I HAVE TO DO IT . wo confidence ap k chehry sy saaf nazar ata hai . and THAT’S A
BIG PLUS.
 Don’t leave any obstacle that is coming in your way.
  Make a plan how you will start and you have to cover every single obstacle coming your
way.

Command Task:
 Look confident
 Speaking power
 Make a solid plan
 Involve every single person in your plan
 Take a best use of resource and also speak that as well. Patly bndy or moty bndo ko
kaha use karna hai .

GTO isn’t concerned about whether your plan is completed or not . He looks for your qualities. How
you explauin your plan. How organized your thoughts are . How you manage your team.

Same for Group tasks:

 Always make your self prominent in team.

 Always ready to pick up planks
 Give suggestions
 Ready to Volunteer. That I will do that
 Take care of your team members. Don’t let the fall . Give them support.
 TEAM WORK Don’t go against the plan.

negativity, immaturity and mishap.
 Two ladies(psychologists ) were observing us the day we arrived . Constantly noticing , who is
scared , who is careless, kis ka saman kaheen para ha or wo khud kaheen or hai, kisko smjh hi
nahi a rha k karna kia hai. Kon corner ma ja k baith gae hai . kon sb sy interact kr rhi hai.

THINGS YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THROUGHOUT AT ISSB:

1. That you dressup properly

2. That you are confident
3. the way you speak also matters
4. Play smart not OVER SMART
5. Give respect to everyone
6. Discipline
7. Follow rules
8. Clear Fouls
9. Make good friends
10. Learn from their experiences
11. Don’t get scared of any thing. Enjoy every task .

YOU JUST NEED TO BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE THE POTENTIAL. YOU CAN DO IT. YOU ARE CONFIDENT.
