ELEVATOR PITCH:

Do you know that in the planet we produce more than 2 000 millions of tons of garbage per
year? So that we designed a garbage grind machine which it pulverize different types of
materials and it let you recycling very fast and easier.

INDUSTRY ANALYSIS

In Bogota there are basically three ways for recycling, people can throw garbage and the
collector system take out it in buses, using the new system ECOBOT or third one way our
revolutionary Garbagrind Machine. What are the different between these systems? The first

America turning the recycling business into a lucrative business. The second way is through
ECOBOT, users have to carry plastic bottles to the machines located on the different points
of the city like universities and malls, put inside it and receive a discount voucher for buying
in places like malls. ECOBOT just woks with plastic bottles of small size but Garbagrind let
you recycle reducing to powder the plastic bottles, paper and metal cans regardless of size
and carry to the ECOBOT more closer from your home in more quantity and less space, so
Garbagrind is a complementary system to ECOBOT for working both of them in synergy.

CUSTOMER NEEDS

ECOBOT is a great idea implemented in all over the world but image that you have to carry
with 20 or 30 plastic bottles that you have piled up in your home to a mall or university, it is

impractical and not very encouraging so we have designed a machine that grid up plastic
bottles and it makes into powder and reduce their volume so much. This makes you can take
a lot of plastic bottles maybe (20 or 30) and carry to the ECOBOT in a very small space and
receive a bigger discount voucher for buying in malls. From now, you do not have to pay for
disposing of the trash, ECOBOT and Garbagrind are giving you money through a discount
voucher for buying in malls, in this way you help the planet, earn money and help ECOBOT
and Garbagrind grow.

MARKETING STRATEGY OF GARBAGRIND

Garbagrind is a small and cheap machine that grind up plastic bottles, paper and metal cans
and reduce it size to powder and complements and extend the functions of ECOBOT, it works
with the household electric current and can be sold it in malls, shops or even close to the
ECOBOT machines. We can make announcements on Facebook, You tube, Tv, newspaper
and streets for showing how it woks and its benefits for the home economy and the
environment. ECOBOT is supported by Éxito, Frisby, Reindeer, Agua Bendita and
Domicilios.com so Garbagrind is the best ally in the recycling business.
