Suzhou University ranks 15th among universities in mainland China.

The school has 12 university subjects such as philosophy, economics, law, education, literature,
history, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management, and art. There are 51 first-level
master's degree programs, 24 professional degree master's programs; 28 first-level doctoral
programs, one professional degree doctoral program, and 29 post-doctoral mobile stations; the
school has one national first-class discipline, and four national priorities. Subjects, 20 Jiangsu
universities and colleges, 9 "13th Five-Year" Jiangsu Province key disciplines. Eleven disciplines in
chemistry, physics, materials science, clinical medicine, engineering, pharmacy and toxicology,
biology and biochemistry, neuroscience and behavioral science, molecular biology and genetics,
immunology, and mathematics enter the global basic scientific indicators ( The first 1% of ESI),
the two disciplines of chemistry and materials science entered the top of the Global Basic
Scientific Indicators (ESI).

I. Recruitment positions and requirements

(1) Long-term recruitment positions

1. Professor of the lecture

Nobel Prize, Fields Medal, Turing Award and other top global award winners; academicians of the
Chinese Academy of Sciences, academic institutes of the developed countries or academicians of
the Academy of Engineering; other master scholars who enjoy high academic reputation and
influence at home and abroad. The age is generally no more than 65 years old.

2, special professor

(1) Distinguished Professor (Excellent Talent):

The winners of the "Millions of Plan" (excellent talents, leading talents); the winners of the
National Outstanding Youth Fund and other high-end talents equivalent to the above conditions
and levels. The age is generally no more than 55 years old.

(2) Distinguished Professor (Outstanding Talent):

The "Millions of Planners" (Young Talents) are selected; the National Outstanding Youth Fund
winners and other national "four green" talents or other high-end talents with the
above-mentioned conditions and levels. The age is generally no more than 45 years old
(humanities and social sciences can be relaxed to 52 years old).

(3) Distinguished professor (elite talent):

One of the following conditions must be met: 1 Short-listed "Millions of Planners" (Young Talents),
National Outstanding Youth Funds or equivalent talents project reviewers; 2 Humanities and
Social Sciences Classes published in the core journals of this subject in the past five years More
than 3 papers, presided over national projects or won the second prize at the provincial and
ministerial level (rank one); 3 served as an assistant professor or equivalent in overseas high-level
universities and research institutions; 4 other high-ends comparable to the above conditions and
levels Talent. The age is generally no more than 38 years old (humanities and social sciences can
be relaxed to 45 years old).

3. Excellent young scholars

Excellent doctors or post-doctoral fellows at high-level universities and research institutions at

home and abroad; have a certain influence in this subject area, have outstanding academic
research results, and have the potential to become academic leaders. The age is generally no
more than 32 years old (humanities and social sciences can be relaxed to 35 years old).

4, teacher postdoctoral

In line with the school's teacher recruitment plan and conditions, it meets the post-doctoral
recruitment requirements, physical and mental health. The age is generally no more than 30
years old (humanities and social sciences can be relaxed to 32 years old).

5, full-time researchers

Excellent doctors and post-doctoral fellows at high-level universities and research institutes at
home and abroad have the knowledge, ability and literacy necessary to undertake the
corresponding scientific research work. Appointed as an assistant researcher, the age is generally
no more than 35 years old; the position of a researcher or associate researcher is generally no
more than 45 years old; the position of a special researcher is applied, and the age is generally
not more than 55 years old.
