1. Why does Coleman think that traditional qualities, such as intelligence, toughness,
determination, and vision are not enough for a good leader? Explain and elaborate your
answer in about 5 sentences.
Answer:
Frankly, I had not ever known about Coleman but i think it would be Goleman.
But, a leadership is a thing that we have to learn. About how to be a good leader is have
to pursue charisma for the group to convince them to do things right. A leader itself is not
a boss in a grou, but support the group sometimes from behind. He has to have self
control and be able to influence people from social aspect and behavior.
This article explain to us about the result of the emotional intelligence played an
important role at the highest levels of a company because of there are a lot of differences
can be found in a company. The differences of emotional can helped out the leader even
the group to found out a solution of the group-problem. This is a prove that strong
technical skills located in one aspect of every job, but in further discussion and
consideration people are seeking for coordination, trust, negotiation to pursue end target
of project. One with highly personal competency usually doesn’t look every aspect as
proportionally as it has to be. In further level of project review some handling of partial
job can cause the job doesn’t move forward.

Thus an emotionally intelligent person is someone who understands his condition, emotions that
occur, and takes appropriate action. The person is also socially able to recognize and empathize
with what happens to others and respond proportionally. Based on my own experience in the
recruitment process, even a person with a high GPA and coming from a favorite
university is not always the best choice to be recruited. There are times when people who
are intellectually smart lack social maturity. People like this can be very intelligent, have
