The 127 series of four wheel electric tractors which fully com-
ply with EC directives, have been developed to suit a wide
range of industrial and municipal applications such as dis-
tribution, manufacturing, hospitals, postal services and air-
ports.

The main design features result from a thorough analysis of

materials handling requirements and will ensure maximum
productivity.

The driver’s compartment and controls are arranged accord-

ing to the latest ergonomic findings. Each operating function
is tailored to suit the driver both in terms of layout and ease of
operation, thus ensuring safe and fatigue-free operation.

NOTES:

To ensure that the tractor can safely restart from stationary on the gradient (based on a starting resistance off 400N/tonne), it is recommended that the tractor/trailer combination is
only operated on gradients covered by the solid line on the above graph.

To suit application, the speed/draw bar pull performance of the tractor can be programmed between the two limits.

The permissible haul per hour is the total distance travelled, including the return journey and any downhill gradients

It is recommended that braked trailers are used for trailer loads exceeding 9 tonnes and for all trailer loads if gradients are involved.

Clean the tractor
NOTE: The necessity of cleaning depends on the use When cleaning with compressed air, first remove stubborn

water, fertiliser, chemicals, cement etc., clean the tractor
thoroughly after every shift. CAUTION: Follow maintenance and safety guide-
lines.
Hot steam or intensive degreasing solutions should be used
with utmost care. The grease in the sealed for life bearings
will dissolve and leak out. As re-greasing is not possible, the
bearings will be damaged.

- Apply the parking brake, turn the keyswitch off, depress

the emergency isolator and disconnect the battery.
CAUTION: When washing with a steam or jet
cleaner, do not directly expose the motors, con-
trol unit and insulating material to the jet. Cover
them first.
