Dialog Asking Giving Opinion About Jakarta And Surabaya City

A : Hey, A!
B : Hey. What’s up?
A : If i recall it correctly, it’s been 3 months since you moved to Surabaya from
Jakarta, right?
B : Yes, you’re right.
A : I’m collecting data for my research, It’s about Jakarta and Surabaya. Can i have
your opinion?
B : Sure
A : Alright, What do you think about Surabaya? Do you like it?
B : If i compare it to Jakarta. I think Surabaya is much better than Jakarta. I can’t bear
the traffic jam in Jakarta. Surabaya also has traffic jam but its traffic jam is better
than Jakarta.
A : Really?
B : yeah, you can feel the traffic jam all day in Jakarta, but in Surabaya, the traffic jam
is during specific time only.
A : Oh i see, anything else?
B : Oh, I think the food in Surabaya is also tasty despite of its affordable price, things
in Jakarta are more expensive. The shops here are quite complete, i can find
anything i look for. But Jakarta is more complete, of course. Personally, I like
Surabaya more than Jakarta.
A : Wow, i’m glad to hear that you enjoy living here.
B : Yeah, i was afraid at first. But, Surabaya is not as bad as i think.
A : Well, i think that’s all i want to ask. Thank your for you time.
B : No problem.

Dialog Asking and Giving Opinion About Planning Holiday


Andre : Hi Bob, where have you been? I didn’t see you for a week.
Bobi : Yeah, I enjoyed my long holiday.
Andre : Wow, cool. Where did you go?
Bobi : I went to Amed beach in Karang Asem. Have you ever visited that place?
Andre : Hmmm… Never, but I ever saw it from TV. Is it a good Beach? What do
you think about Amed Beach?
Bobi : In my opinion, it is an awesome beach. It has many good diving spots.
Besides, you can also see a beautiful sunrise in the morning.
Andre : What a good place to spend a holiday!
Bobi : Yeah, of course. If you have a long holiday, I think you should go to Amed.
Karang Asem has many beautiful beaches.
Andre : Yes, I will. I agree with you. Last year I went to Virgin Beach in Karang
Asem. It is not too far from Denpasar. Have you ever gone there?
Bobi : Not yet, I just know it from my friends who have already gone there. They
said that the beach has a beautiful white sand. How’s your opinion?
Andre : Personally, I think Virgin beach is a beautiful beach and a good place to
spend your weekend. Your friends are right. It has a gorgeous white sand.
Bobi : Cool, please take me there sometimes.
Andre : Sure. There are a lot of places that we can explore in Karang Asem. Have
you ever visited Tenganan Village?
Bobi : No, I have not. I only ever heard that village from my grandfather. As far as
I know, Tenganan is one of famous Bali traditional villages. Balinese called
it “Desa Bali Aga”. The house styles and ornaments are very traditional.
They also have a unique tradition called “Perang Pandan”.
Andre : Yes, I ever heard about it. Some people say that “Perang Pandan” is an
offering ceremony to honor God Indra
Bobi : What a unique tradition it is. We should go and watch it once.
Andre : Alright, let’s arrange a trip to Karang Asem next June. What do you think?
Bobi : I’d say that is a brilliant idea. Can’t wait for that month.
Andre : Yeah, me too. I’ll contact you later. See you Bob.
Bobi : Alright, see you Andre.

The importance of Sleep

Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough
quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and
safety. Why Is Sleep Important?
Sleep helps your brain work properly. While you’re sleeping, your brain is preparing for the
next day. It’s forming new pathways to help you learn and remember information.
Studies show that a good night’s sleep improves learning. Whether you’re learning math, how
to play the piano, how to perfect your golf swing, or how to drive a car, sleep helps enhance your
learning and problem-solving skills. Sleep also helps you pay attention, make decisions, and be
creative.
Physical Health often relate to quality sleep. It plays an important role in your physical health.
For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep
deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes,
and stroke.
Besides that, sleep also helps maintain a healthy balance of the hormones that make you feel
hungry (ghrelin) or full (leptin). When you don’t get enough sleep, your level of ghrelin goes up and
your level of leptin goes down. This makes you feel hungrier than when you’re well-rested

Arti: Pentingnya Tidur

Tidur memainkan peran yang penting dalam kesehatan yang baik dan kenyamanan sepanajang
hidup. Mendapatkan tidur yang cukup dan berkualitas pada saat yang tepat dapat membantu
melindungi kesehatan Anda baik mental, fisik, kualitas hidup, dan keselamatan. Mengapa tidur itu
Penting?
Tidur membantu otak Anda bekerja dengan baik. Saat Anda sedang tidur, otak Anda ada dalam
proses mempersiapkan segala hal untuk hari berikutnya. Ini membentuk sebuah cara yang baru yang
bisa membantu Anda belajar dan mengingat informasi.
Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidur malam yang baik meningkatkan pembelajaran. Apakah

Selain itu, tidur juga membantu menjaga menjaga hormon yang membuat Anda merasa merasa
lapar atau kenyang secara seimbang. Bila Anda tidak mendapatkan cukup tidur, tingkat ghrelin naik
dan tingkat leptin turun. Hal ini membuat Anda merasa lebih lapar dari pada saat istirahat.

The Importance of Breakfast

Why is breakfast important? “Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dine like a
Pauper” It’s a well known phrase, but do you follow it?
Breakfast provides many benefits to our health and wellbeing. Breakfast provides the body and
brain with fuel after an overnight fast – that’s where its name originates, breaking the fast! Without
breakfast you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol!
Breakfast support cognitive function. Breakfast also restores glucose levels, an essential
carbohydrate that is needed for the brain to function. Breakfast provides energy, studies have shown
how eating breakfast can improve memory and concentration levels and it can also make us happier as
it can improve mood and lower stress levels.
Breakfast provides energy needs. People’s energy needs vary depending on activity levels and
life stage but typically men require more energy than women. Growing children require a lot of energy,
as an example boys aged 7-10 years should consume approximately 1970 kcals per day, and girls aged
7-10 years should consume approximately 1740 kcals.

Arti: Pentingnya Sarapan

Mengapa melakukan sarapan itu penting? “Sarapan seperti seorang raja, makan siang seperti
Pangeran dan makan malam layaknya seperti orang yang tidak punya” itu adalah frase yang cukup
terkenal, tetapi apakah Anda memahami pentingnya sarapan?
Sarapan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan dan kenyamanan kita. Makan pagi
memberikan tubuh dan otak asupan bahan bakar setelah berpuasa (tidak makan) selama satu malam –
dari sini nama “breakfast itu berasal (break = berbuka, fast = puasa) Tanpa sarapan Anda secara
bagaikan berlari dalam keadaan lapar, seperti mencoba untuk menyalakan mobil tapi tidak ada bensin.
Sarapan juga mendukung daya kognitif juga mengembalikan kadar glukosa, yaitu karbohidrat
penting yang dibutuhkan otak untuk bisa berfungsi. Makan pagi menyediakan tenaga, penelitian telah
menunjukkan bagaimana makan pagi dapat meningkatkan tingkat memori dan konsentrasi, juga dapat
membuat kita merasa lebih bahagia karena dapat meningkatkan mood dan menurunkan suasana stres.
Sarapan menyediakan kebutuhan energi yang dibutuhkan. Kebutuhan energi setiap orang itu
berbeda tergantung pada pada kegiatan dan tahapan hidup. Meski begitu secara umum laki-laki
membutuhkan energi lebih banyak dari pada permepuan. Pertumbuhan anak-anak juga membutuhkan
banyak energi, sebagai contoh, anak laki-laki berusia 7-10 tahun harus mengkonsumsi sekitar 1970
kkal per hari, dan anak perempuan berusia 7-10 harus mengkonsumsi sekitar 1740 Kkal.
