1. Accessing Silicosis Application
A) Accessing Silicosis
STEP 1: User can access the Silicosis application by typing the URL “http://silicosis.rajasthan.gov.in”
in the address bar. Following screen shall appear.

STEP 2: User is required to login to the application by entering valid SSO ID and Password.

 Login Users are as follows:


 Patients who are suffering from Silicosis
 e-Mitra Kiosk
 Silicosis Department Admin
 DTO (District TB Officer)
 MO (Medical Officer)
 Nodal Officer
 AME (Assistant Mine Engineer)/Labour Engineer
 Collector

Based on Role mapped on SSO ID of user by Silicosis Department admin, respective Dashboard will
be displayed.

2. Registration of Silicosis Patients

Registration of Silicosis Patient can be done by either of these users:

 By Self
 By emitra Kiosk
 By Silicosis Department Admin
 By District TB Officer (DTO)
 By Medical Officer (MO)

A screen will appear which will be same irrespective of who is logging into the system.

3. Citizen Registration

Step1 : Citizen can logs into application by himself/herself or via emitra kiosk .Below is the landing
screen after logged in.
Step 2: User clicks on “Register Applicant” link as shown in below screen.

Step 3: A new screen will appear as given below.User can be able to check Available Camps by
clicking on “Available Camp” button

Step 4: If patient is having Bhamashah ID then user will clicks on Yes button. If patient does not
have Bhamashah ID then User will click on No button.

Step 5: After click on Yes button then below screen will appear.
Step 6: User will enter Bhamashah id or Bhamashah Ack id then click on Search Button.

Step 7: In Below Screen, A list of family member according to bhamashah id will appear.
Step 8: User will select one member who is suffering from silicosis for registration then click on Next
Button.

Step 9: Patient’s data gets fetched from Bhamashah as given in below screen.
Step 10: User will enters Employment Details and correspondence details.
Step 11: Click on Next Button.

Step 12: Then Applicant Detail Preview will appear as given below.

Step 13: User is required to enter patient’s contact detail and email ID (if any)

Note : Patient can check their bank account details where funds will be transferred. If he/she
wants to get it transfer in another bank account then he/she is required to update his/her bank
account in bhamashah as soon as possible.

Step 14: For Final Confirmation, user is required to enter OTP Code which is send to his/her Mobile
No.
Step 15: User clicks on “Validate OTP and Submit”. Application No. will be generated in the system.

Step 16: After that a message show on screen for successful registration. "Your registration have
been done successfully. Your Number is 170000040 "

Step 17: Confirmation of registration message will be send automatically on user’s entered mobile
number and email id.
Step 18: Click on Ok Button then you will be redirected to Dashboard of application.

Note :
 Registered Patient cases will move to District TB Officer for further line of action if
registration of patient is done by patient himself/herself or by Silicosis Department
Admin or by emitra Kiosk, then application moves to Medical officer for Primary Check-
Up at PHC/CHC or in camp will be done, then application again gets moved to DTO
officer for Secondary Check-up.
 If Registration is done by MO officer , then Primary Check-Up at PHC/CHC or in camp will
be done, then application gets moved to DTO officer for Secondary Check-up.
 If Registration is done by DTO Officer, then there will be no Primary Check-up and
instead of this, Secondary Check-Up will be done.
