RESOLUTION of AWARD No. SH ,

S-2019
“WHEREAS, the Tourism Office prepared the technical specifications for the procurement
of the Project/Contract “Procurement of Catering Services served During the
Fellowship Night for Elective Officials,, with an Approved Budget for the contract of P
255,000.00;

WHEREAS, said procurement shall be based from the Provincial Annual Procurement Plan
for the Calendar Year 2019;

WHEREAS, on July 24, 2019, the Provincial Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) posted and
published the Request for Quotation for the said procurement project. The PBAC also invited
the following suppliers to submit their respective quotations and proposals: 1) JDL Pulsar
Property Management: 2) Hotel Ivory and Convention Center: 3) Balai Carmela:

WHEREAS; per evaluation, the proposal of JDL Pulsar Property Management is found to
be compliant with the Technical Specifications, and its price offer amounting to P253,500.00
is the most economical and advantageous to the Government, thereby rendering the same
as the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid;

WHEREAS, Rule V, Section 12 of RA 9184 mandates that the BAC shall recommend the
award of contracts to the Head of the Procuring Entity; or his duly authorized representative;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded:

RESOLVE, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to recommend AWARD of the project/contract

“Procurement of Catering Services served During Fellowship Night for Elective
Officials” to the bidder, JDL Pulsar Property Management for a total contract price of
Two Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P253,500.00) only;

RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copies of this resolution to the Honorable Manuel Mamba,
Provincial Governor, for his appropriate action and subsequently to all concerned for their
information;
