ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS MONICA RIAL AND RONALD TOYE’S


MOTION TO COMPEL DEPOSITION AND DOCUMENTS OF CHRIS SLATOSCH

On this date the Court considered Monica Rial and Ronald Toye’s (“Moving Defendants”)

Motion to Compel Deposition and Documents of Chris Slatosch (“Motion to Compel”). After

considering the Motion, the pleadings on file, and arguments of counsel, the Court finds that the

Motion should be, and hereby is, GRANTED.

It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Monica Rial and Ronald

Toye’s Motion to Compel is GRANTED as follows:

1) Plaintiff’s Motion to Quash is overruled,

2) Plaintiff’s request for protective order is denied,

3) Plaintiff is not entitled to assert attorney-client privilege and/or attorney-work product


privilege with regard to communications made to, sent to, or received from Chris Slatosch,

4) and Moving Defendants may depose and seek documents from nonparty Chris Slatosch,
the timing of which is left to the agreement of Moving Defendants and Mr. Slatosch, but
production of documents shall occur no later than November 12, 2019, and the deposition
shall occur no later than November 14, 2019.
