DATE / TIME OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT: 07-07-2017 / 1200
‘On 07/06/2017, R/O was contacted by Officer Greg Wilson of the Elgin Police Department who indicated that he had started an
investigation into an aggravated criminal sexual assault case which had occurred in Batavia at He advised the
victims were twin four year old, and the suspect offender was ‘who resided at that address. He stated that the victims
‘were currently with (an Elgin resident), and that they were at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Elgin. R/O had Offier Kahl #179
respond to the hospital to take the initial report.
Officer Wilson emailed R/O a confirmation of transfer of sexual assault report form, which R/O filled out and emailed back to him
‘as required (see attached). Officer Wilson advised he will email R/O a copy of his report once it has been approved by his supervisors.
R/O will submit that report as an attachment once received.
