Specifically, concems were expressed regarding being treated in an unprofessional manner, timesheets, paystubs, and rate of pay. I is important that we maintain a professional atmosphere at all times. Everyone is expected to remain cordial and respectful foward one another. This includes dialogue between colleagues, students, stakeholders, and supervisors. If you have concems regarding the way you are treated, please contact your supervisor, Executive Director of Operations Samuel Myers, or myself All bus drivers should sign their own timesheets. The district is moving toward utilizing a tablet system, which will be discussed at the group meetings listed below. If you have questions regarding your rate of pay, staff is still available to meet with you individually. This information is confidential and cannot be discussed in a group setting. Our finance department is currently reviewing paystubs to ensure your rate of pay is noted. In moving forward, if you do not have a district email address, please notify your supervisor immediately to ensure you receive your paystub electronically In an effort to continue open, two-way communication, addtional meetings have been scheduled on Tuesday, November 12 at 9 AM for drivers with last names beginning with in A-H, Tuesday, November 12 at 11 AM for drivers with last names beginning with J-Q, and Wednesday, November 13 at 9 AM for drivers with last names beginning with R-Z, These meetings will take place in the professional development room located behind the warehouse at the Distict Office Please know I sincerely appreciate everything you do to ensure our students arrive safely to and from school each and every day.
