ACCOUNTING SERVICE OFFER

Our offer is based on the number of accounting documents processed in the accounting software and

the number of staff employed by the company.

The price is flexible and depends on the volume of work each month.

The term accounting documents - includes only documents which are entered in the VAT register

(invoices, debit and credit notices, etc.).

For a company with up to 2 employees, VAT registered :

- up to 20 accounting documents and up to 2 employees – 77 EUR monthly fee;

- up to 50 accounting documents and up to 2 employees – 113 EUR monthly fee;

- up to 80 accounting documents and up to 2 employees – 134 EUR monthly fee;

- up to 100 accounting documents and up to 2 employees - 180 EUR monthly fee;

- more than 100 documents after additional agreement.

For a company with up to 2 employees, NON VAT registered :

- up to 20 accounting documents and up to 2 employees – 44 EUR monthly fee;

- up to 30 accounting documents and up to 2 employees – 54 EUR monthly fee;

- up to 50 accounting documents and up to 2 employees – 70 EUR monthly fee;

- more than 50 documents after additional agreement.

If the staff exceeds 2 (two) appointed persons, an additional 6 EUR per person is paid for the period
of work in the company.

Accounting services that we offer to you includes the following commitments:

-booking of documents into our accounting software;

-preparing and submission of VAT tax declaration and VIES declaration;

-preparing wages and salaries and social insurance;

-submission of required monthly reports and statements related with salaries and social insurance to
the tax office;

-preparation and registration of labor contracts and related additional agreements;

-annual accounts and preparation of financial statements and annual tax return ;
-preparation of Intrastat report;

-preparation of payment of taxes and social insurance .

Additional services not included in the price above :

-preparation of sales invoices for a client – 8 EUR per document;

-preparation of payment to Bulgarian suppliers and others - 6 EUR per payment;

-preparation of payment to foreign suppliers and others - 8 EUR per payment;

-preparation of payment orders for payment of salaries of the company staff - 31 EUR.

These services are provided by us at the request of the client.
