Exclusions :
a. Construction Permits, Dismantling and Restorations.
b. Temporary barracks should be shouldered by the client, at no cost to NEDSteel
c. Electricity and water utilities should be shouldered by the client
d. Concrete In-Fill, Concreting of Slabs, Roofing Works, Anchorings, Plumbing and Electrical, Finishing Works
e. All scope of works not included in the Description of Works
