BANDWITH : Our proposal on fiber is designed for Malaysian schools, including
speed, reliability & back-up (leverage Maxis 4G network)

• Reliability: Will fully meet MCMC requirements – with “always on” 4G back up

CONTENT FILTERING : Maxis proposal includes security bundle that will achieve
the following:
• Protect students/teachers from harmful elements: block access to websites & ability to
blacklist/ whitelist content
• Protect schools from external attack: Protection from malware and phishing sites
