Sir,
With due respect we would like to inform you that we are going to write a report on
“National budget: A trend analysis of deficit budget in Bangladesh.”
We are happy for having done such as a report proposal on the same. As you know we,
the students of JKKNIU under the department of Accounting and Information Systems
of this university, are very much interested to prepare this research proposal where we
showed and applied our best knowledge and skill. We want to draw your attention on
the matter that, in our previous semesters we prepared some report individually on the
basis of primary data .We are hopeful that our honesty ,industry, integrity and sincerity
along with our interpersonal skill will help us to make this report a valuable one.

us strength and perseverance to complete this research proposal. At the same time we pay

Abstract

Budgetary trend analysis is definitely a hard work but it possesses a great importance.
Not only it should be prepared for merely a survey report but also it should be prepared
keeping the matter of current demand of it in our heads. Our survey proposal will be able
to meet the expectation of us where we will use secondary data to do so. Our survey
report is supposed to be used as a key column with a view to interpreting our fault
budgetary system as well as budgetary gap. We have framed a time schedule to prepare
survey report that is shown below. We expect our survey report will be valuable one.

Introduction

The luck of the people depends largely on budget of a country determined by the minister
of finance in a year. If the budget is balanced budget, it will be the blessing for the people
of a country because they will be the principal beneficiary of that. On the contrary to, if it
is imbalanced one, it must be the curse for entire nation as the main liabilities of paying
tax fall on the shoulder of the people. Therefore, budget must be wisely planed by the
proper authority as it can be blessing instead of curse. All the sectors should be gone
through the wise planning under the consideration of budgeting for their respective
importance. National budget should go in hand to hand to fulfill the current demand of
the people of the nation as the budgetary trend is to be supposed as a good one. It will
play a vital role on showing the crystal clear scenario of the economic condition of a
country for instance; Bangladesh.

Background
We, the students of JKKNIU under the department of AIS, have been observing a matter
regarding deficit budgetary trend analysis in Bangladesh .All of the members of our
group have studied a lot on the topic of budgetary trend analysis ,we have found some
data about the matter. As it bears a great importance to show deficit budgetary trend
analysis through research report, we became very much interested in preparing a report
on the above topic and discussed with our honorable teacher Sabuj Chandra Bowmik.
Getting consent & permission to do so we have made decision to prepare research
proposal about “National budget: A trend analysis of deficit budget in Bangladesh.”

Literature Review

As budgetary trend analysis is the key stone of clearing the matter of physical state of a
country’s economic condition, it poses a survey report in a great extend. But it is a matter
of frustration that there is no proper survey report regarding it. Inspiring from the above
stated matter, we have strongly determined to prepare the same as we can reach in
meeting the necessity of budgetary trend analysis in Bangladesh.

1. We have gone through State of the Bangladesh Economy in FY2015 and the Closure of
Sixth Five Year Plan published by the ministry of finance in 2015.

Objective

The main Objective of this proposal is to find out budgetary gap in Bangladesh. This
proposal, therefore, will be able to make the statement that will clear the vital problem in
the budgetary system in our country during last few years. The sub objectives can be
written down as follow:

1. To observe budgetary gap

2. To examine the effect of budgetary gap
3. To find out the way the government will parallel the budget
Methodology

Our total survey work depends on the secondary sources of data which we will get
through internet, magazine, websites of different ministries i.e; ministry of finance. So we
don’t need primary data and hence we will go through our survey report without
developing any questionnaire. We will reach to our destination with the help of secondary
data.

Time Frame and Work Schedule

We will complete our research process within November, 2016.We have designed the
whole time in many small parts for that a gantt chart has been developed below.

Conclusion
Conducting a study of the impact of Budgetary Gap in Bangladesh helps us to better
understand about the bad consequences of budgetary gap that influences the whole
economic condition and ways of life of people of our country.
