developed on work-based learning (WBL) methodology.

DOMA COLLEGE PROVIDES The duty of an Inspector of Works (IOW) is to “superintend” the
QUALITY EDUCATION AND LEARNING construction of building, ensuring quality and the use of materials in
accordance to specifications. The IOW is an officer who protects the

EXECUTIVE DIPLOMA IN BUILDING
ARCHITECTURAL WORKS SUPERVISION
At the end of the course, students will gain knowledge in:

• Construction Act
• Theoretical details in Building Construction and installation
• Budgeting and Bill of Quantity
• Reading approved building plan and coordinating with supplier drawing
• Application and understanding in QLASSIC and SHASSIC
• Safety and health management in construction sites
• Management reporting, manage critical path project flow

DURATION: 24 months (6 semesters)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: • SPM with minimum 3 credit in any subjects
