The Overall Objective

of the Programme : Creation of a school stage buildings
For the clients studied in Manambia I.S.
Make up the education program event chances in
the rural.

II. Background:
This project proposes to enhance the basic education program venue for the school event of
Pupils and Students in the different villages in Tagbina Surigao del Sur( Tagbina I District,) Manambia
Integrated School cater different students in diverse villages and will serve approximately 115 students in
secondary and 110 elementary pupils.

Basic education program venue facility like stage for the pupils and students in every event.
Student is the backbone of the school therefore it is viewed as a human right since education contributes
to the reduction of both absolute and relative poverty. Basic education program venue event, in particular,
helps to alleviate poor venue holding area by helping school to improve their comfortability. School with
some education raise healthier families.

Pupils and students need conducive event area can handle numbers of learners, which gives them
access to information and thinking processes that give them more choices about how to behave in their
families and then in the community. All students can make more informed decisions about political and
social events that affect the quality of their lives.In Manambia Integrated School embraces various
villages and surrounding areas accounts teaching aids and basic event venue available for educational
tasks are necessary, even though parents and teachers alike agree that more adequate and creative stage
are needed in school to stimulate learning, therefore this project will contribute towards the development
of school in these areas.

III. Justification:
The local communities elders and the officers of Parents and Teachers Association(PTA
Officers) have requested participation from us to take part the task of establishing stage for event
and the framework of basic education program venue and construct stage building through the
development of whole being of students and teachers.

IV. Project Goals.

The objective of this project is a school stage building and initiating the basic education program
venue for children and literacy to the students in event preparation, various villages are the source of
learners client and mobilize the school,. Manambia Integrated School will offer education to the very
highest point, disadvantaged school and village community where the local NGO’s has failed to
successfully establish school stage in said school and encourage communities to use the school as a center
for education

 To build school stage building for the MIS clients

 To build the basic education program venue for the different events
 To equip the school to meet required standards
 To provide specific place for the event venue
 To train a dynamic school event that are able to act, think and act outside the box.
 To educate each child as per his/ her unique needs
 Demonstrate the desire to obtain and provide quality education.
 Demonstrated ability to unite and work together to a school
 Willingness to recruit boys and girls in equal numbers

V. Problem Analysis:
The communities in living in diverse villages are around above 2500 families, these villages are
farmers and also have small live stocks of cattle and carabao, only Manambia village has a secondary
school and the neighboring villages have no secondary school for their children and illiterate adults to
learn the basic educations. The only nearest high school was Manambia IS,Therefore the communities of
these villages are highly require a modern schools with up-to-date facilities.

VI. Program Implementation Strategies

The projects work plan is laid out and the establishment will depend on the finances. Researchers
in the project will directly interact with the villagers and local officials, and will conduct surveys and in-
depth interviews to garner education program venue, histories in the Manambia and according to gathered
data they will set accurate the strategies and work in effective educational development in these areas and
surroundings.

Manambia Integrated School will build the project in phases depending on the regularity of the
funds inflow from the sources of funding. It is expected and estimated that the schools will take 1 month
to be completed. After it is completed and the school activities run smoothly, plans may be made for
school stage building, Secondary school, Elementary school and Training Centers in the future. The
Project Work plan or implementation plan may change as deemed necessary and the budget revised
accordingly.

VII. Expected Results for Project Delivery:

The most important expected results of this project will be to get school stage building of
Manambia Integrated school and started basic educations program venue, in partially children education
and illiterate education in the different villages of Tagbina 1 along with the education of villagers. The
main objective of the project is to encourage sustained community investment in the project while
simultaneously enhancing community education.

 Capacity building and effective training for administration and teacher

 Strengthening educational achievement and improving schools in Manambia Integrated School
Increasing educational expectations for all children and illiterate adults
 Fostering lifelong learning in, Manambia Integrated School.

VIII. Main activities to be conducted:

 Construction of school stage building
 Construction of learning environments i.e. event pragram.
 Performance for the different shower of talents of students.
 Recruitment of more support students i.e. increasing enrollment
 Supervision of the project running services by the Principal and Teachers.
 Installation of project requirements.

The team will conduct comprehensive educational program venue that needs and public
communication/practice assessments. School will also document all interaction and participant
observation using photo documentary, and various methods of technology in order to ensure and
improved education program event and socioeconomic wellbeing of the population.

X. Proposed Project Costs:

Manambia Integrated School have been able to provide the following in the establishment:

 Land to allow the project’s operation is very much available

 Provision of a number of trustees who look after the project.

IX. Local Community Participation/ Contribution:

 1 . Provide about 20% of total required funds by Contribution;
2 . Elect the committee of the implementing Organization which in turn appoints the
management staff;
3 . Generally supervise the project and have the authority to recommend change and reform.

XI. Monitoring and Evaluation:

A Progress indicator tools will be used to monitor and evaluate the project on regular basis.
Donor and partner organizations have the right to monitor and supervise the project to assess
performance and progress.
