PROJECT PROPOSAL:
I. Project Identification;
II. Background:
This project proposes to enhance the basic education program venue for the school event of
Pupils and Students in the different villages in Tagbina Surigao del Sur( Tagbina I District,) Manambia
Integrated School cater different students in diverse villages and will serve approximately 115 students in
secondary and 110 elementary pupils.
Basic education program venue facility like stage for the pupils and students in every event.
Student is the backbone of the school therefore it is viewed as a human right since education contributes
to the reduction of both absolute and relative poverty. Basic education program venue event, in particular,
helps to alleviate poor venue holding area by helping school to improve their comfortability. School with
some education raise healthier families.
Pupils and students need conducive event area can handle numbers of learners, which gives them
access to information and thinking processes that give them more choices about how to behave in their
families and then in the community. All students can make more informed decisions about political and
social events that affect the quality of their lives.In Manambia Integrated School embraces various
villages and surrounding areas accounts teaching aids and basic event venue available for educational
tasks are necessary, even though parents and teachers alike agree that more adequate and creative stage
are needed in school to stimulate learning, therefore this project will contribute towards the development
of school in these areas.
III. Justification:
The local communities elders and the officers of Parents and Teachers Association(PTA
Officers) have requested participation from us to take part the task of establishing stage for event
and the framework of basic education program venue and construct stage building through the
development of whole being of students and teachers.
V. Problem Analysis:
The communities in living in diverse villages are around above 2500 families, these villages are
farmers and also have small live stocks of cattle and carabao, only Manambia village has a secondary
school and the neighboring villages have no secondary school for their children and illiterate adults to
learn the basic educations. The only nearest high school was Manambia IS,Therefore the communities of
these villages are highly require a modern schools with up-to-date facilities.
Manambia Integrated School will build the project in phases depending on the regularity of the
funds inflow from the sources of funding. It is expected and estimated that the schools will take 1 month
to be completed. After it is completed and the school activities run smoothly, plans may be made for
school stage building, Secondary school, Elementary school and Training Centers in the future. The
Project Work plan or implementation plan may change as deemed necessary and the budget revised
accordingly.
The team will conduct comprehensive educational program venue that needs and public
communication/practice assessments. School will also document all interaction and participant
observation using photo documentary, and various methods of technology in order to ensure and
improved education program event and socioeconomic wellbeing of the population.
A Progress indicator tools will be used to monitor and evaluate the project on regular basis.
Donor and partner organizations have the right to monitor and supervise the project to assess
performance and progress.
