Introduction
The online attendance project deals totally to eliminate paper work to
progress the student information.Mainly teachers can monitor the student
within the short time period and parents can check their children status in
the online itself. This project is very useful to maintain and manage the
attendance of the student.The project will show the online attendance
which can be a web application to monitor attendance details .The main
purpose of this project is to provide details of students and managing the
attendance of students.Also it Generates the attendance reports,manages
ad records the details of students .The system calculates the number of
working days and the number of absent days.

Specification of area consider

The online attendance is useful in schools , college , institute and also in
university.

Problem Definition
 Time consumed in accessing the records of the students .
 Manual manage attendance of students .
 Problem of academic cell is more to manage the information of
students manually .
 More time taken to registration of students on registration form.

Objective
 To build a web based application
 to maintain the attendance of students,
 to reduce the paper work related to attendance.
 To minimize the time and maintain the records in file.
Application/scope
 It increases accuracy, reliability and secures the data.

0.5GB storage space with 128MBRAM,INTEL-PENTIUM

Conclusion

The website online attendance management system is developed to

computerize the entire attendance management system of any university
or college. This website helps staff to update the attendance of any
student, immediately after the class and it is easier to manage the entire
information and it helps students to view their attendance and get the
report quickly.
