7. Case study: (compulsory) 10
Mr.Ram is a human resource manager of a Private Limited
company. The company has about 600 employees working in
different departments. Mr.Ram is facing several problems with the
employees like absentism, low morale and less commitment
towards their jobs and he concluded employees are not enough
motivated. In this connection what do you suggest to Mr.Ram in
order to motivate his employees so as to perform better in their jobs
