    This document provides a 3D CAD drawing of a tack weld design. The tack weld will be used to join two mild steel metal sheets measuring 150 mm by 100 mm by 3.8 mm thick. The welding will be performed in the 1F position at an angle between 80-90 degrees using an E6013 RB-2.6 electrode. Dimensional and geometric tolerances are provided for the welding specifications.
